The workers refuse to recognize their errors it’s the third time I’ve had a bad experience here. I received tacos de birria with a roach in it (decided to not order takeout here anymore after this) and in another occasion guacamole with a strand of hair in it when I went back to tell them they said it’s not their fault they “know what they’re doing” And one time my husband went to buy a CALLING CARD “boss revolution” and the lady said they use new methods for international calling they supposedly activated his phone for an international call and the next month our bill came $400 more than what normally is expected due to the international call not being activated the lady was obviously distracted and added funds to the phone in Guatemala which was not what we asked for, we went back to ask for a solution or at least an apology and the lady at the window said “that’s your fault not ours” what kind of customer service is this?! We’re never coming back due to always having bad experiences here we’ve tried to give them chance after chance because we know no one is perfect but it’s unfortunate that they do not better their customer service

I ordered from this restaurant using Uber eats because they had an insane bogo deal. First, I'd like to say that everything was wrapped up very nicely and they provided lots of sauce. That is always a big plus, the food also looked nice in the packaging and was nice and hot when we picked it up. The only reason I deducted a star is because not all the dishes were so good. The burrito was very good, the steak was too dry and not very tasty. However, I was pleasantly surprised by their cemita. The chicken cemita was soooo good. I've never had a Mexican sandwich but I'm definitely going to start considering them more after this experience. The carnitas tacos were tasty, but the sausage ones were just too dry. The elite would have been excellent if it had more Chile powder, but it was still very good. All in all, easily worth the money and definitely look forward to trying more of their food.

I totally agree with Daze. The staff is wonderful but the food lacks flavor. A restaurant owner should not buy a chicken, cow and pig, chop them up, throw them on a fire and serve tastelessmeats. There is a lot of competition out there especially for Mexican Food so a restaurant's food has got to be outstanding. Another thing I hate is being served "baby food style" portions of food in my tacos. Do you have to finely chop up the meats so small that they lack texture, flavor and are unappetizing? Azteca is not the only Mexican restaurant that does this. It's a trend with food trucks as well.The bottom line is this. If I cannot find Mexican Food that's better than TACO BELL I'm not a customer.David, my message to you is SPICE IT UP. Put that crave in your cuisine. Repeat business is the heart of any business.

Traveling out of town. For my 30th BirthdayTried the Birria Tacos and they were EPIC!!!&& they gave me a cake and played the Mexican Birthday Song for me The atmosphere was great, make sure to admire the Art Work!&& the bathrooms were SOOOOO CLEAN!!!!!Very Authentic Experience. Highly Recommend and Close to 95 !!!!!!

Food was nasty my sandwich barely had any meat. Was supposed to come with avacado had the tiniest slice for a sandwich Which was torta Al pastor the drink was not made correctly I will never come here again definitely do not recommend.Asked for frijoles and rice on the side the lady decided to make her own decision and bring black beans cause there weren't any maybe they should listen more...?
