The employees were fast very friendly spoke English and Spanish. The food is mouthwateringš¤¤. Before a long day that's the best place to hit for a š„Ŗ sandwich or š„Æ bagel.

I try not to complain but this was the 3rd time I got a bagel around 9:20 and the bagel was hard as a rock. The bagel looked burnt. You canāt even chew them. You canāt charge more money for them than they do in Darien and then sell them like that. Itās not ok. I used to go there all the time. Not anymore.

I pick up my lunch from here often but today was different.. I placed a pick up order and when I got there their were a few people ahead of me in line but once it was my turn the girl at the front just walked away.. I stood and waited for about 5 minutes before I was acknowledged and when she finally came back to the counter I wasnāt greeted with a āhelloā or āare you placing an order today?ā the young lady saw the juice I placed on the counter and said āare you gonna pay for that?ā Implying I was going to steal it or something which I found very unprofessional! I honestly wanted to just cancel my whole order and get my money back but I donāt like wasting food.

I was helped by a friendly young lady who made my order exactly the way I wanted it.And I am kind of picky.... I asked for an iced coffee with very specific instructions.And she followed them . Absolutely perfectly, as for the bagels top notch, I live in brantford, and I will take the 40 minute drive, just to have these particular bangles...

Always delicious!! If you buy a dozen they actually give you 15!! Nobody does that anymore. They are the best!.

Went in this morning through the drive thru. 2nd customer of the day. I asked specifically for 2 Turkey egg white and cheddar onion bagel sandwiches. 3 times! When i got to the window she said steak egg and cheese. She said to meā i asked you 3 timesā. I was so upset. The cooks donāt know so i blame the woman at the front. Someone else left out upset too. Guess i didnāt miss coming here. Charged for a bagel but had a Portuguese roll. Smh. If u donāt like the job leave!

I had not been here in about 15 years, but I am glad I had the opportunity to patronize. I had a bacon, egg, and cheese on everything bagel.. also bought the chicken salad and a banana muffin w nuts.. all which were very good. The young lady at the register was very pleasant.

Great place but the ice coffee is terrible, it tasted like watered down milk with a load of undissolved sugar at the bottom.
Great prices and great bagels! Had a bacon, egg and cheese on the Asiago cheddar jalapeƱo bagel, delicious! And the coffee was pretty good too. Friendly staff and the line moves fast. Will definitely be back!

This place has been around for so long and got good reason. The staff that works there are so efficient and fast and FRIENDLY. They put care into their works and it shows. Best matcha ever and best chai latte. Iāve tried a whole bunch of different wraps and sandwiches and theyāre all so good.

Could use a much faster drive-thru system. It takes forever to get to the window and then get your order. Otherwise the food is good and prices are fair. Slightly overpriced on some things.
