It's going to be hard not to get off the highway when passing through Bridgeport while this place exists there. I've experienced the chicken roti 3 times now and still trying to figure out the next time I'll be passing through. Love it, love it. Perfect flavor and spice, fresh roti with dalpuri.

Authentic carraibean food, friendly staff! Love the tiny place! Amazing dal Puri and potato! The channa could have been better but the baras for the doubles were freshly made so I can't complain! Would go there again anytime!

Roti is an Indian whole wheat wrap that is very light and made differently from the plastic-y wraps and tortillas of most cultures. It is very hard to get right without a tawa or know-how. This place has the know-how. The fillings are sublime. I had vegetarian--pumpkin, spinach, chickpea, potato. I got the SMALL for under $5 and was able to eat it for dinner two nights in a row, as well as breakfast and lunch, but I'm not a huge eater. Wow. I was so impressed. The only roti I've had outside of Trinidad that was good was the famous Gloria's in Brooklyn. The others are not passable unitl Bobby B's. Wow. Great job, Bobby! There's also Irish Moss, Mauby, and Peanut Punch to drink. Coconut bread and other greens, beans and rice too. Bobby, how about coconut drops? Please?

Ok I see you Bobby lol, just ordered the shrimp j*** today and man I was impressed. Very tasty and had that perfect heat, I think I found my new carribean spot, I definitely recommend this place big thumbs up.
I have been coming to Bobby B's for several years now! I have never been dissapointed by the food nor the reception! I dont know what I'd without this place nearby!

I went to Bobby B Roti shop Sunday night for some curry goat and rice and slice of macaroni pie .. well boy idk what this was but it look more like macaroni soup .. I was highly disappointed

Oh my goodness! Can we talk about how delicious and flavorful and authentic his food is! This place has been marked as one of my 'want to go' locations on my Google maps and I finally went. I mean it's a 25 minutes drive from home and was so worth it. I met the owner not knowing he was the owner initially. He just struck up some talk and through our conversation shared that he was the owner. And from there he was sharing advice with me since our small talk led to me sharing my business venture! He said his customers are like friends. And in that short period of time, our conversation felt familiar. Oh, and he has a bulletin board for businesses to share business cards/events and was allowed to add my information to said board. Got home and my order was missing a couple of things from miscommunication but was told the next time I come in, they would be able to fix it. But the food that I did eat, ugghhhh, so delectable!! I couldn't get enough and was sad that I didn't have the rest of my order, lol. And they did honor their word for the next time I come in to have things corrected. There was a young lady working the front this day and she was super nice too and we struck up a little conversation, too. I tried a new dish and picked out something for my brother. After I got home, the order was correct and we tore that food up! Can't wait to travel back down the other side of the highway for more food and conversation!
