Love it. One of the few places worth going out to dinner. The food is delicious love the grilled octopus so tender! The atmosphere is relaxed no issue lingering over dinner with friends.
We arrived around 6pm on a Saturday. The main room has nice decor. There was one large party we saw, but the main area only had one table sat. When they sat us we asked for a different table because it wasn't level and right by the door but was told no. I ordered short ribs med, but one of them came out pretty rare. My wife is Portuguese so when we go to a Portuguese restaurant or bakey she expects authentic Portuguese food that she grew up on. She ordered Bife à Portuguesa....
It's a beautiful restaurant, very simple but unique decor. Although very quickly, everything started derailing. I asked the waitress if we could sit at a more private table because we were taken to a table 3 feet from the entrance door, and the answer was a very stiff NO! The restaurant is huge, so I'm not sure why they couldn't even try to accommodate us. The flamed chorizo was good. The juices are not made from fresh fruit, they probably are store bought juices...
