Today I was disappointed as after working all morning I only had a few minutes to pick up something to eat. At the window I asked for mayonnaise and ketchup on the side. At the window I asked the lady if they remember to put the Mayo and Ketchup. She answered yes. I went to work at another client only to find out they have only given me ketchup. No breakfast and the only meal of the day ruined. It’s not the first time this happens. Simple instructions… I wonder if staff has not been trained properly or their IQ is in question as they cannot follow simple instructions. I wonder why McDonald’s has more clients… customer service should be a priority not subjective to the employees attitude of a particular day.

Walked out. Order machines work, somewhat; do not need a screen if what they suggest. Screen was spinning and not loading. Walked to the counter to order, the girl behind the counter never turned around to take the order, pissed off look on her face the entire time. Will never go back here again. Worst place ever.

I came here and ate a whopper that was bigger than I ever remember it… 1 hour later I became very ill… I threw up blood and had severe diarrhea…had to go to the ER and get IVs and medication for pain and nausea. I got food poisoning NEVER EAT this unless you want to get sick!! Beware!!

Hot water should be made available FREE to customers. This location is charging customers for HOT TAP WATER. Also, they have an entire half of the store closed off for their preferred customers and it’s discriminatory towards the other customers.
