Usually go to the one on Boston Ave but came here once and the pizza was delicious!!! Been a customer of Boston aves Captians pizza for years but their customer service began being poor. Placed an order over the phone with this restaurant on Main Street and it was a pleasant experience. It’s across town from where I live but I rather come here than to deal with the rudeness from Boston Ave.

I grew up on Captains Pizza. I lived two blocks away and now I live in Glastonbury...What I would do for a pizza !! Maybe Doordash delivers 50 miles ! love you guys ! Great food !!

Ordered through uber eats but my order wasn’t packaged safely at all. When driver arrived he had my container of food and personal pizza box by themselves no plastic/paper bag not even the containers closed with tape or any concern for safety at all.

I ordered a pizza from this place through Grubhub and the driver did not tell me he arrived I have two doorbells and not one of them were rung. I look outside during the estimated time of arrival and I see my pizza sitting on the porch. I felt it, it was cold so it sat for a while. It is pretty cold outside. I open the box and my pizza looked as if it was dropped or maybe this establishment placed the pizza in the box this way. I called Captains Pizza and told them what happened. The woman tells me they have nothing to do with Grubhub drivers, said she was sorry and didn’t offer nothing to help. I contact Grubhub and they did make a gesture for 20% off my next order. I asked for another pizza and to have the driver ring my bell. They gave me a refund instead. I ordered the pizza for my son, he was scared to eat it because we don’t know what happened to the pizza.

Just had chicken parm dinner take out. Two dinners incl small hse salad. Very dry, not enough sauce. Not worth $32.

This pizza was very sad I asked for thin and crispy House special It came out soft wet crust and tasteless if your gonna charge $17 for a medium pizza at least make it taste like it! I couldn’t even tell what the ingredients were because everything was minced only one word HORRIBLE!
