Ceviche Palace is hands down one of the best Peruvian restaurants I’ve ever been to. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and authentically prepared. Every dish was a standout, especially the ceviche, which was perfectly balanced and bursting with flavor. On top of that, the service was amazing. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality Peruvian cuisine!

I was there on Saturday, 5/10.
Let me start by saying the food itself is not bad.
However, the whole experience was not.
We were seated quickly, and some time afterward, the waiter came to greet us and to take our order.
He took our beverages and food orders all at once since we had plenty of time to look at the menu.
After that, the waiter never came back to check on us. As a matter of fact, our drinks were sitting at the bar, and not until I asked another staff member they were brought to us.
Ok, after that, it took at least 40 minutes to get our appetizer, which was the fried calamari. Now, on the menu, it states that there's tomato sauce on the side, which they did not bring, mind you there was a table of at least 4 adults and 2 kids that came after us and they got their food before we even got our appetizers and again it was because we had to asked when is out order coming.
Finally, our food came after at least an hour and 15 minutes of wait. The server NEVER came to check on us or if we needed another drink.
Now, when we received the check, I realized that they charged for tip 18% , but it was not stated on the menu nor brought to our attention. And since I have worked as a waitress, I know of places that they added the gratuity on tables of 5 or more, but not on 4 people, and I decided not make a fuss, however I dont think they deserve a tip since we were not taking care as i think you should care for your . I make no fuss, but for sure, I aint coming back. It's not worth it.

Horrible customer service!!!!! For years now!! I have been there in person many times and every time the customer service has been horrendous I don’t usually take the time to write a review but this has to be known!!! It’s absolutely ridiculous!!! There are 3 times that I’ve been this place a chance but it’s still so baddd! 1st experience was I ordered to go two rotisserie 1/2 but when my friend and I got to the restaurant decided we will like to dine in the restaurant because the restaurant was completely EMPTY!!!. The host of the restaurant in a very firm tone said that’s not possible. To what we ask … if there was an extra charge we will be willing to pay it but she refuse and in a very rude tone said that she can not take care of us and ask if we were going to take the order or what ?!?…. We ended up taking the order and leaving. 2nd experience my friend and I decided to give it another chance to the place and when into the restaurant to dine in we ask for the same order… when the food came out they my friend 1/4 of chicken instead of half… to what we ask since the waitress made a mistake to just add the other 1/4 of chicken to his order and problem solve ( which makes the most sense because he didn’t want the extra rice) however the waitress refuse and said that she had to bring in a whole another plate and will charge him for a whole another meal!!???!We told her charging us for a whole meal didn’t make sense.. Since the waitress was giving us such a hard time I had to get up and ask for the supervisor to help us…. The night after a whole 15 min of confusion the owner helped us to get the order correct…but it seems unreal that we had to go through all the work just to get our order right!!! Who is training these people?!!!
3rd time was today I order A doordash 1/2 of rotisserie chicken I add 1.50$ for aji… in the application they don’t specify if the kind of the aji giving so I called to tell them that I wanted the red aji since I alredy paid for it to what the waitress said that they don’t sale that aji and she won’t be able to give me the aji but just once little container the one they always give with every order…… right after that she apologized about not having the entire order available and suggest to give me something else to what I request to please just refund my order… and ask why would accept an order u don’t have!??? When I ask to please refund me she said that’s not something she can help me with that I had to deal with door dash myself!! It’s just horrible I got the door dasher calling me to say if I could get something else… when I when to the application on doordash it said that if I CANCEL THE ORDER I WAS GOING TO GET 0$ as refund so basically I was going to loose all my 34$ because of the restaurant’s mistake!!! This is unbelievable!!! Never again!! Worst customer service in whole bridgeport!!!!
We ordered delivery last night and had no idea it went through DoorDash. The driver accepted it and marked it complete, we had to call the restaurant and pick it up in person. They refused to refund the delivery fee and tip, which came to $14. DoorDash said it's on the restaurant since the order went through their website. So we are out $14. We were regular customers, but they decided that $14 was more important than repeat business.
20$ for this.
Way over priced
I would have given the lombo saltado 5 stars but the fries are frozen😕
The food is always great ive been ordering for years from here but this time they really gave me terrible customer service.. I ordered 1 1/2 rotisserie chicken with fries and chicken because I have company over.. I get to the restaurant after 1hour because I live in New Haven and there was traffic and they decided it would be ok to take half of my chicken and sell it to someone else without calling or telling me or even trying to ask if I was still coming.. that is extremely unprofessional and terrible customer service. I really have to reconsider ordering here again.. they said restaurant policy is at 1hr the order is no longer mine yet they still had it on the counter with my name on it.. the rude lady behind the bar said “you should have just prepaid because we dont hold orders for people for more than the time we say on the phone its just policy” and said policy was not disclosed over the phone or displayed anywhere in visibility for the customer…not sure what happened but they should figure it out because it was a bad experience.. no attempt at compensation or mediating the situation.. they just said well we gave it away but thats all we can say/do

The restaurant is established in a old building but the inside is very nice, magnificentlyincorporating Peruvian art and culture. The menu has lots of authentic traditional Peruvian dishes, all with their real name, the explained in details what they are made of.
We started with a pitcher of chicha morada, very interesting drink, made out of Peruvian purple corn. We got complementary bread with yummy green sauce. For entree I got try the sudado de pescado, a lovely steamed fish filet, cooked perfectly in delicious onion tomato based broth. Loved it with rice. The arroz de mariscos was an excellent seafood Paella. All seafood items in the dish were beautifully cooked. Paella rice was very complementary to the dish.
Our server was amazing, did his best to explain everything in English. Check on us multiple times. Food was served in a quick time. Overall it was a wholesome Peruvian dining experience.
