We got our food delivered and they sent us the wrong meal. I was highly disappointed considering I waited for my food over an hour! The food was cold and the chicken was hard and stale no flavor at all. We called to tell them they sent us the wrong order. I had the receipt that clearly had what I ordered printed on it. They told us they can send us the right order but it will take a half an hour and that we have to return the wrong meal which is fine but weird who takes food back.we declined the offer I was not waiting more time for the right meal to come just so it can be cold I was already frustrated. Being charged more for a meal you did not order is crazy to me. Last time I order food from this place. I've had Peruvian food before and this place was not it!

The food is delicious and the service is welcoming and very nice! It's unfortunate that there isn't enough parking. The exterior looks a bit sketchy but inside is clean and has a beautiful mural.

I never write reviews, it takes a lot to get me to write one. I used to be a waitress for a few years back in the day, so there is a way to take care of people. Went here for lunch a little less than two hours ago today with my partner. He speaks English and Spanish. I speak only English. The place was empty. We sit down and the female waitress, didn't get her name, she had long black or dark brown straight hair and a mole by her top lip and was taking care of tables not behind the bar. Anyway, she ignored me the whole time as if I wasn't there. I understand a little Spanish so could follow the conversation. My partner and I were at a table sitting across from each other. She came to take our order and would not even look in my direction AT ALL. Body language and eye contact all to him. My partner ordered for us and I jumped in to ask her if she can make sure no shrimp since he's allergic and if she can bring a spicy sauce on the side since he likes more heat. And she did not even turn her neck at all to give eye contact to me. Completely ignored me and spoke only with him. She checks in when the food comes out, doesn't look at me just him. Then he asked in Spanish that I wanted my food to go, she brings a box so as she's walking to our table I put my hand out to take the to go container and thank her...BUT she ignored me like a ghost and went and gave him the to go container no acknowledgement at all. At this point I was getting frustrated. It's VERY rude. As we walk out I forget my container that I packed to go so she said something in Spanish to him and I didn't understand and he said we're good thanks. So then I turn to him and said "I forgot my food I'll go get it." I go to the table she had the container in her hand so I go "no no I forgot the food." She threw it on top of his leftover plate and the container opened and her thumb literally went into the to go container where my food was and then IN ENGLISH she goes "oh sorry you wanted that". That's when I really got upset because she spoke English which means the whole time she was taking care of us she could have acknowledged me but didn't and was just rude. I go out to a lot of Latin food restaurants and even if I don't speak Spanish they acknowledge my presence and NEVER was I treated like that. I didn't take the food, I told her "I just saw your finger go into it, no I don't want it now" and then just left. Casual spot. Service is horrible. Rude. Ceviche was okay, very acidic but also salty. The lomo saltado and pollo saltado were good, I wanted to take my half home but that didn't happen.

I’ve been a customer for over 8 years now and it’s always a great experience. Food is absolutely amazing my favorite meal is the pesto pasta with steak. The yuca fries are a must have for an appetizer…

Such a waste, I ordered the Seafood Ceviche and the amount of different seafood portions was great, I was very excited it PERUVIAN, but how disappointing. The best Ceviche takes ability, small care about how it’s made and most importantly don’t squeeze the lemon all the way so the fumes don’t destroy the flavor, the sour after taste made it seem as if an inexperienced person put it together. Don’t spend a dime in this place. I believe credit is only due where dedication and perseverance to create a perfect customer experience while as customers we decide to walk into any establishment, this place has lost it. No bueno

After we being in different Peruvian Restaurants We found this one and didn't even know that they being there for 15 years, we walk in and the service was very good the girl from Colombia Take our order and she was very knowledgeable about the dishes, she even recommend us a few, not to mention the drinks was fabulous , the food was serve in a good time frame and the attention was great.Even the owner come to our table to ask about the food and service.. we was very surprise because we don't see this very often , the owners don't take their time to ask customers about their food and services.I notice many low stars reviews but the owner said he is regain back the way the place was because of a second restaurant he had and was taking time away from Seviche Palace at Bridgeport. In my point of view the food was excellent and on time , the service again was great.Good luck mister Christian.

Went a several times during the summer, and this year. Stopped going. The food is expensive and might be worth it. Mistakes are often made in your order. The last time was it for me, waiter wasn’t new I’ve seen them before. They forgot about utensils, had to wait to get them and get up and find someone, we were just waiting to eat. Order was incorrect and they argued about it being right, had to contact the manager since we always eat the same thing we know. Tip is included and not worth it. Just take out if you really like the food.

Absolutely the best ceviche I've ever had outside of Perú! I wish I lived much closer! We had the ceviche mixto, I kind of wished I'd split it with someone and then maybe had a nice little appetizer or two pisco sours ?...Very kind staff, and you could tell there were also a lot of regulars.

We ordered lomo, meat was very chewy. What wanted to up charged us for soft meat! Sauce tasted like green mayo and very salty. Juice was not natural. They added extra sugar for no reason. Water is no included.. you only have to pay $3 for a water bottle! Tip was included 20% but they did not deserve it. they only attended us once. Never gave us napkins. Will not be returning.
