Great experience! I needed a last minute cake for a wedding celebration. They had an incredibly fast turn around. Very much appreciated because it was a last minute request for sure. The cake tasted great, the price was incredibly reasonable. It was exactly what we needed and was beautiful. THANK YOU!!

Today I went in for Portuguese rolls and a conoli, fruit flies all around the muffins and Danish, I call the young woman assisting me ,and bought it to her attention, her response was yes we know!!! I said to her that's terrible, costumers will find that not cleanliness or viruses can bring illness!!! So disappointed ? be aware!!!!!

Tried to call and place an order for a cake was put on hold several times and was told to repeat my order multiple times and then was hung up on. Terrible customer service etiquette, 0/10.
Waited for 5 minutes at the East Main shop and neither of the 2 female staff even looked at me. I left in discuss. I was the only customer in the store.I guess 71 year old men aren't wanted!
