I don’t usually write Google reviews because it’s honestly just never that serious but this chipotle is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. There were certain food items missing, like cheese. Of all things, cheese. I doubt there wasn’t a single container of cheese left in the building, but instead that the workers were too lazy to replace it. The customer service was the worst i have ever experienced. I’m not expecting a 5 star service from a chipotle, but I’m not expecting to be spoken to as if I’m illiterate either. The one girl behind the register sat on her phone while a customer walked in to order, and when she saw no one else was going to make the bowl for her, she rolled her eyes, annoyed that she actually had to do her job. Not only that, there wasn’t a single fork in any of the 6 holders, the bathroom was out of order, and the store was all around messy. I don’t think I would be writing this review if the workers didn’t have such little respect for the customers. Also, be sure to have either exact change or a card, it’s not posted anywhere but you’re just supposed to know I guess.

This restaurant was filthy. The bathroom was out of order, garbage cans were overflowing onto the floor and there was no napkins. We ate outside because the tables outside were cleaner the ones inside, even though it was cold outside. I would skip this place.

Came in an before I get to say Anything This light skin girl says “What do you want and dont be slow “ as if i’m special ed but I kept ordering which was my 2nd mistake aside from driving to get food there ….Any way i continue w my order n she completely messes it up .You literally cannot pay someone to be this incompetent.Not even Joking .Wish i could say what i really want to .

They need to be close down I went there got into it with one of the young lady there u should see what she put in my plate because they run out of chicken and I’m like I’m not paying for that who u think u giving that too u couldn’t make that plate for yourself so why do that to people when they are paying for there food I tell her off and walk out …..

Chipotle in Bridgeport, Ct at around 8PM on Aug 27. This Chipotle is VERY poorly managed. It is a complete mess. I was taking pics for the review & a couple of the female staff & shift leader Robert took a horrible attitude with me & is threatening to call the cops. We were not being unruly, rude or boisterous at all. Just taking pics for the review. They are telling me I have to leave because apparently they don’t like me showing the mess in here. I’m not breaking any law and now finishing my review. The garbage cans were all overflowing, the floor is a complete mess, EVERY table was a mess & no napkins or forks in the holders. There’s a few employees here who need a timeout.
Update: So they did call the cops on me. The officers were very polite & I apologized for this Chipotle for wasting their time. They asked if the staff asked us to leave and I said yes & we were ready to leave as we were done eating and done leaving a review. I sure hope corporate deals with the employees at this location as we will NEVER return…
