The worst experience in a restaurant! Very bad customer service, they treated me and my mom rudely, they are not polite girls. And as for the food, they divided the portions badly, and they didn't even have sour cream or a variety of meats, they lacked education and ingredients. They should fire them and hire people who know how to treat people correctly. Very disappointed with chipotle 👎

I haven’t taken my time to write a review in awhile but whoever was in there TONIGHT Thursday march 19th 2026 on third shift approximately 10-11 GET EM OUTTA THERE damn near had a heart attack from all that salt in the guacamole also the dry chicken and steak !!!!!!!!

I came to Bridgeport after ordering online in Monroe and being completely disappointed with what I recieved. So I came down to Bridgeport, ordered the same order that I attempted to get in Monroe, and was very pleased. The employees were pleasant and happily spooned extra when I asked for it. In the future if I'm ordering Chipotle, I'm coming here!

I’ve been in here several times during prime hours where they only have one type of meat (usually the worst one) and white rice. Staff is fairly rude, completely avoids eye contact and doesn’t offer remorse for shortcomings. Another unfortunate waste of a 15 minute drive.

I got a bowl. I asked for rice and beans, the fajita mix iI, mild and hot salsas, chicken then wait til they done scoop and asked for double. If you don't do that the second scoop is always less. Gotta let em know you watching. Also got cheese and sour cream.

Every time I go here, it’s a bad experience. People with attitudes and my order is always wrong. Today, I ordered for delivery and it was even worse. My salad bowl was missing the chicken and dressing and the bowl came damaged. The burrito came fallen apart. Chipotle in general just sucks now. I gave this location many chances but NEVER AGAIN.

The place was so disgusting food all over the kitchen gloves all thrown in the floor we paid with a 50 dollar bill and they didn’t have change I don’t even know how I ate that food but they are pretty nasty 😭

It’s funny I come on here here to make a complaint and apparently other people had the same experience at this establishment.. from the moment we walked in, there was nothing but attitudes. Like really bad to the point they couldn't deny it if they wanted to. By the time we were leaving we didn't even want the food anymore and it all got thrown out, literally everything we brought!! The food was cold but not colder then the attitudes we received. If you don’t like your job, you can simply go find a new one as customers did not choose this job for you And we do not deserve to be treated with an attitude like we’re in there, begging for free food or something. I was honestly waiting for a manager to step in and say something, but maybe they don’t even have one on duty that’s why these employees act the way they do or maybe the manager simply doesn’t care just like the rest of the employees, chipotle hires people that does not care about their business but what they don’t realize is if People stop coming there they wont have a job or simply a business anymore. I will not be stopping by spending money or supporting this business anymore because now I wouldn't trust this staff here with my food and honestly that's sad. Get it together because your loosing customers even though it's obvious y'all don't care about that either! I would recommend for everybody to take the extra 15 minute ride and go to the location in Shelton!
All I got served was attitude, eyerolls, teeth sucking and the bare minimum in my bowl!! Everyone else’s bowl was healthy but since I mentioned something about all the attitude they were serving, my bowl got violated.. horrible customer service in their.. every time I go here I buy food for 4-8 people, so I’m spending a decent amount of money but this location does not care.. I even brought it up to another staff member and that was for no reason because they simply do not care about their customers at this location..
