So there’s five people in the back preparing food, only one person in the front who is taking your order and happens to also be working the cash register, and one person completing mobile orders. I have never been in a chipotle this slow in my life. The 3.4 rating is being kind! I can only imagine what this place is like during lunch time.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. The portion of chicken was slim to none and it was all the scrapping from the bottom. One of my bowls had an ENTIRE hard half of an avocado . The guac also had chopped up avocado peel and the top seed from the limes. They also forgot to pack my chips and gave me dirty forks with food on them. They also did not provide the receipt sticker that you usually get on your delivery bag. Worst location ever please don’t order from here!

if i could give all 0’s i would. the workers are MISERABLE. they are the slowest fast food employees ive ever seen, and unhappy ones too. i was in there for about half hour, not including the line. took 10 min to checkout the person in front of us used cash and they didn’t even have change…. hello? so everyone else was delayed to checkout. every worker was miserable and just rude. i can’t believe these are the people responsible for feeding others. the manager should be nothing but embarrassed for how he is running that location, truly worst experience. not to mention, the place was GROSS and food everywhere, including the floor and tables. i don’t know how this location is running. truly a disappointment.

I’m a person about principal if I went in there and I didn’t have enough money for my food, they would not sell me my food so I don’t know why they thought it was OK to try to keep my change because they didn’t have change to give me and not offer me nothing to compensate me for my change that was crazy. This is my first time going here and last.

This is the worst experience I have ever had!!!!!!!!!! The attitude that I got here was not called for , the girl was rushing with my food and just throwing the food in, there was hardly any meat left and she charge me saying I got extra!!!!, the cashier had a attitude the whole time, he seemed in happy to be working there and I feel if you have no customer service why are you working in that field!!!!!! I am just disgusted with my experience!!! They need to hire people and people that know how to follow serv safe rules and ones that take pride in what they feed customers !!!!

6 people behind the registers talking having fun on the phone and only one actually working , with 12 people in line, and the employees just staring . It’s always like this, I don’t know how this location still opened, it’s always dirty unsanitary and slow.

Never any food in the morning. How is it good for sales to not have most expensive item/specialty items done when you are open. ? I was told to wait 20 minutes for smoked brisket (which I did) and then 30 minutes later no brisket still … the worker JUST put the brisket on the stove after I started to get impatient and I’ve been already waiting 30 minutes. She then proceeded to tell me 15 more minutes. 45 minute total wait after already waiting outside for you to open?
