I order rice with red beans and chicken in chicken sauce. They gave me chicken hawk when I told them the regular chicken which is soft chicken. Chicken hawk is hard that’s what they serve me. The rice they serve me was uncooked it didn’t taste good at all. I took a few scoop of spoon and I save the rest for later. I end up eating the rest of the rice later. I was really starving so it didn’t taste that bad when I was really hungry. The chicken they serve didn’t taste that good. They didn’t season it right. I end up finishing eating it later cause I was really hungry

When they first opened it was good now they’re just like any other Haitian spot. The portions keeps getting smaller. The food doesn’t have any flavor.

Do not go here if you do not speak Creole. The disrespect I just received was ridiculous. The workers take the orders of Creole speakers and leave you standing as though the money they receive is not the same.

I refuse to support this business.

I purchased the duri/rice with black mushroom. It was mostly the bottom of the rice from the pot. Tried calling in with a complaint phone lines were busy. Please address this if your spoon is scraping the pot for rice at that point it’s ✅ . Make a new fresh pot simple.

After having a bad experience with "Ronald's Restaurant" (check out my review for that resto), "Creole Fusion Cuisine" made my day. This is by far the best haitian food and Fritay I have had in Bridgeport CT. I had black rice with pigeon peas and legumes, plus a Fritay. My goodness, the food tasted so freaking good. By the way this is the first resto where i eat a legumes with real beef, not freaking turkey ?Although the fritay was a bit expensive ($23) but they give you food for your money (just my opinion), the medium black rice /legumes was $14. Not bad. My only problem with the resto is the appearance. If they could invest a little bit on its look that would be wonderful. Overall the food was excellent.

Listen! The food was so ? that we had to sit down and eat. Three fritay plates later and one legume, and we rolled out full and with extras for those who did not take the road trip with us. Five start plate(s) only.
