I ordered a large broccoli and chicken pizza with a Ceasar salad with chicken plus their free garlic bread but what I received was a cold pizza and salad dressing for my salad tasted old and my garlic bread overcooked and burnt. I spent over 45$ for underwhelming dinner for my family. I'm so disappointed because Crossroads used to be my favorite and I wanted to treat my family to some good food but I was completely wrong.
So I have been trying to get in touch with the owner for a whole week because they were closed on April 4th Easter Sunday and I placed an order and the order went through but I never received anything because they were closed so I called to inquire about getting a refund of my money for the purchase and I was told that over a hundred and fifty orders had been received and that the manager was working on it and they took my name phone number and last three digits of my credit card...read full review
