I ordered a large broccoli and chicken pizza with a Ceasar salad with chicken plus their free garlic bread but what I received was a cold pizza and salad dressing for my salad tasted old and my garlic bread overcooked and burnt. I spent over 45$ for underwhelming dinner for my family. I'm so disappointed because Crossroads used to be my favorite and I wanted to treat my family to some good food but I was completely wrong.

Worst pizza in the whole state should've went to dominos spen't thousands of dollars at this place and I'm done giving them my money never pull down my driveway gotta get my food in the street so everyone can see me buying food so disgusted with this dam place way overpriced too ?

LISA is very much unprofessional was very rude on the phone. Said she was by herself when asked to speak to someone higher up as she was talking to someone else in the background regarding my order. Had an attitude throughout the 5 min call . Will not be going to this place for pizza. If you don’t like your job quit it .

I had the worst pizza of my life yesterday and it came from this restaurant. It was gross beyond words. It didn't look like the one on the website. Maybe they used pre-shredded and didn't wash it first. The crust was really hard and had a bad mouthfeel. There also was only a little bit of sauce. It also smelled extremely bad. We weren't able to eat it. We took it to the kitchen, but the smell was lingering in the other room. We had to spray twice. It was so overpowering. I'm not sure if they were having a bad night because it was a holiday and aren't usually like this. This was the only time I got food from here.

I ordered the seafood combo platter, it was disgusting, I was very disappointed, scallops and fried clams were like rubber beer batter cod soft and slimy, the only 2 shrimp was the only thing I was able to eat French fries were ok . This is one dish I will never order again!!!!

EAST MAIN ST location !!!Food is Trash Now use to be a decent place to eat at i dnt know who the chefs are but the food is always soggy sloppy chicken is always tough & chewy always more cheese than salad yuck they need to pull it together & fast & have the nerve to be more expensive than any other pizza shop & those other shops are actually good $30 bucks & up for poor quality tasting food is upsetting & Neverrrrrr give any Napkins ?
