Absolutely loved it. The attention to detail and service were amazing.

I honestly think they just give you frozen pizza and throw it in the oven. It was horrible. It tasted like a cardboard box.

Horrible service they literally get your order wrong and give you a halfy finished pizza and the lady who answers the phone loves sarcasm super unprofessional. An hour for one pie just to get your order wrong and half cooked.

Hi, I want to share my experience today. I placed an order over the phone with Q3, but when I arrived at Crossroads on Main Street, no one seemed to be aware of my order. I got there a little early, but I ended up waiting about 30 minutes, even though I was told it would only take 20 minutes. During that time, I wasn’t given any clear updates about my pizza. I also had trouble getting any communication from the employees about whether my order was being prepared or not.
This was really frustrating because I spent much longer than expected just waiting without knowing what was happening.

Uber Drivers DONT take orders from here. The staff is lazy and forgets to give you the drinks all the time.

Not sure if they’ve changed management over the last 8 years or not, but when I lived in Bridgeport this was one of my fave pizza places. The last few times I’ve went to the one on E. Main and the service and food were subpar, so I figured I’d give the one on Main St a try… what a mistake. The prices have went up exponentially while the service and food quality have gone wayyyyy down. Aside from the fact that you have to ask for and pay extra for extra sauce just so you don’t choke to death on their pizza that’s drier than a KFC biscuit, they changed their potato skin recipe which used to use REAL potatoes to what appears to be some frozen crap they bought from a wholesale club that’s literally 1/3 of the size they used to be, and they are ALWAYS burnt on the outside and hard on the inside. $44 for two small pizzas and 6 TINY, BURNT to a crisp potato skins is ROBBERY. If I didn’t live 30 mins away, I would’ve went back and demanded a refund. I have half a mind to dispute the charge with my bank because the potato skins are literally inedible. Then add to that the lazy, rude women they have working the counters who just ignore you while they scroll on their phones, and huff and puff with an attitude when you say excuse me. Called to speak with the manager whose response was “yea, that’s how inflation works” when I stated the prices have gone up while the quality of the food and the customer service has gone down. Spend your money ANYWHERE but here.

I bought lunch (pizzas) for the front line employees and the raved about how delicious the pizzas were. One employee said, it was the best pizza he’s had in a very long time so I gave him the menu. The service was impeccable.

The food was decent. The complaint that I had was that I asked for a chicken cheese steak. They added onion lettuce and tomatoes. They even added mayo. They should let you know in advance. There was an elder black man came in respectful to the waitresses. He asked if he could you there bathroom. They told him that their bathrooms were for paying customers. I told him he was that I was buying him a drink. A white woman came in said nothing then proceeded to the bathroom. This man had to be 70 or older. He had tears in his eyes as he told me that his wife passed in December. Come to find out he drives bus for the VA in Perry Point. Kin folk take your money somewhere else.
