Worst dominos I ever went to , ordered the pizza on the app after 20 mins I came and it said ready on the app but when I got here he didn’t even start working on the pizza yet , then when I finally got the pie after 45 mins in total it had a hair under one of the slices and it was under cooked, on top of all that the guy that worked here was super rude

I haven't eaten this pizza for twenty yrs. Decided to try the new York style I've been to new York that pizza at dominos taste the same twenty yrs ago nasty dry I'm 59. I don't eat pizza anymore now . Med new York style pizza and 8 wings.

Service at Bridgeport Main Street is very very bad. Always gives wrong order and in return they fight instead of saying sorry for what they have done. No satisfaction of spending $100 of money.

I ordered my food through Uber eats , so i recorded my delivery guy because i noticed he was going on various streets and sitting for 5 to 7 minutes he was going in circles so im like let me record. You know how you get time that they should be well mine was between 6:26/6:45 but that if sometimes they have a delivery before you well he had no delivery before me. So when the final time was getting close that’s when he started driving fast to reach me. When he got to my house i watched him go to the back where the heat bag was wide open(so my food was cold) and he was trying to fix my food i asked him what took so long he tells me he has to drop off a coworker, ( ooh so you must have dropped off 5 coworkers to different houses) with being said. Find people that really care about their job and peoples food. domino’s need to be better, so basically the guy is getting paid to drop people off instead of doing his job.

Do not order from this store they are rude and unprofessional. Order a pizza it took 2 hours. They keep hanging up on me when I call I order at 9:50pm my pizza was delivered at 12:18am the drive was also rude saying it was not his problem.

Please, if you do not want to get sick, DO NOT ORDER OR EAT FROM THIS RESTAURANT. I ordered a sandwich, they charged me almost 7 dollars for delivery, it took 1 hour and a half to deliver and the delivery was lost, the poor guy could barely understand me. The sandwich was delivered without a bag and the sauce I ordered came super dirty as if it had come out of the trash. I called the store to see what they were doing about it and a very disrespectful character in a very disrespectful way told me “we don't offer bags and if you don't like it, don't order again” and hung up the call. Nowadays you have to be careful when ordering food that is not well protected and unhygienic. That can make you very sick.

Absolutely atrocious customer service, from start to finish. The staff were rude and unhelpful, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. The wait times were exasperating, and when assistance was finally provided, it was done so grudgingly and without any genuine effort to resolve issues. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this establishment.

I like me some dominoes every now and then, but this experience has to be the worst experience I’ve had.Not only did the driver argue with me on the phone. But he threatened to bring my food back even though he was sitting right outside my house because he didn’t want to have to get out of his car to come to my front door.I live on the first floor, and the front door is a hallway that leads to either the first floor or other floor departments.My front door is in the hallway, not the front door of the building. Yet this delivery driver argued with me on the phone about bringing the food to my front door which is on the first floor.I am leaving this review because the number for the specific dominoes doesn’t work. And I had tried to call to get a refund for the tip. I left for that driver before the driver got here.Like the unprofessionalism is crazy if you don’t want to go to peoples doorways find another job!!!I will not be ordering from Domino’s again.
