Not good doesn’t look clean from the to walking inside the food isn’t right want good and I’m not the review type I work very hard for my $$ I want what I pay for

The place is filthy with trash on the floor and your shoes sticking to it. Absolutely poor management! No one checks to see when things run out at the self-serve. Dirty coffee counter, dirty coffee dispenser, trash on the floor, employees standing around stoned face. Just a complete lack of respect for the people of this city. I swear this is the last time they get my money.

Absolutely atrocious. I will never be going back to this Duchess. I came in on a Sunday at 1:40pm and ordered a BEC hashbrown and fried oreos. I waited for over 15 minutes and watched 5 other people receive their orders before me despite ordering after me. I lost my appetite and ended up asking for my money back and went up to Tomilsons. Duchess is a family business and if they had any decency they would respond to this terrible lack of service. Half the people working there looked high as a kite too. Business went way down hill.

When I came to order in the drive thru the lady was very rude and was rushing me to order then I waited 23 minutes in the drive thru just for 2 Bacon egg and cheese then i decided to come in so I could get my food quicker instead the lady inside tell me I should of waited for my food in the drive thru and it was wasted a time coming inside then they take another 15 mins to giving me my food. This Dutches need better management

Literally the worst duchess I have ever encountered. They are so unfriendly at the drive thru when you order, I question if I’m even being listened to. I ordered a double egg and double cheese sandwich and got just a regular egg and cheese, but paid the difference.
I was in the drive thru and ordered my son a kids chocolate milk which is $1.99 and the size of my hand, but I did it anyway. The girl at the drive thru was confused?? I had to clarify 2 times a “KIDS CHOCOLATE MILK”
I wait 10 minutes and finally pull up, as my son is close to being late for school. I trusted the drive thru cashier knew my order so he scanned my card. He THEN asked “you ordered the sausage egg and cheese right?” And I said “no.. a kids chocolate milk.” Then he says he can’t do a cash refund as it came to $7 and I’m broke. He didn’t even try to ask manager.
The kids milk should have been complimentary and to be honest? The sandwich too. He then has the audacity after saying a refund in 2 days will be processed, “would you like to pay in cash for the milk?” I said “um I have no $ left? You charged me for something I didn’t order.” He then walks away without saying a word, and my son and I were going to be late so I drove off, after wasting 20 minutes.
Horrible customer service. You are better off going inside if you want to support this awful establishment to ensure they do their job right. I’ve been to many Duchess’s before. Worst duchess EVER.

So bad went to use the bathroom and no tissue I ordered a chicken ceaser salad and the dressing taste like mayo horrible throw my $11.00 salad out the window ?? never
