This is the second time I have gone here and they have given me a wrong order absolutely ridiculous. received a coffee instead of a hot chocolate at the drive through omw to work and did not realize until I was ready to drink it at work. I do not drink coffee.

From the manager to the staffers EVERYONE gives Exceptional Customer service the restaurant is always clean and the food and drinks prepared just the way you want it, THIS IS THE BEST DUNKIN DONUTS IN BRIDGEPORT, Great leadership from the Manager and it shows throughout that establishment, awesome people I Highly Recommend

I ordered 2 bagels they were both hard as a rock and the cream cheese was sour bitter. Everything tasted old. Whoever the manager is they should be ashamed of serving this to the public, it tastes like they saved the bagels for days. Nothing was fresh.

Been waiting in drive thru for 15 min with 3 cars ahead of me. Placed a mobile order at 921 when I got in line, it's now 936 and only one car has moved. Staff not able to multitask, allows large orders at the drive thru when it's busy. This is a daily occurrence, this drive thru is not efficient

I come to this location when I'm doing laundry it's a quick pick up spot buy I think they need to upgrade it and put most of the danishes and donuts behind a case because there's always Flys flying around I o ly come for coffee and frozen drinks because of the flys

I said i want gonna go to this place ever again. Well i did still disappointing. Ordered the same coffee i always get, i get on 15s. Guess what coffee cold absolutely ridiculous, how do you mess that up. The place keeps amazing me, it should be shut down absolutely terrible Dunkin the worst now i really will never go there. I'm gonna do everything in my power to get this filthy place closed down
