Opted for Dunkin over a local coffee shop to save some money and I got what I paid for. Watered down iced coffee that just tasted like slightly favored water. My husband’s tasted like watered down milk. Won’t ever go here again. Don’t waste your time or money - just go to the Fairfield one.

I've been taking days to leave a review here, but I always end up changing my mind, thinking that people have bad days at work and end up taking it out on others and that next time will be better. I was wrong!! The service at this Dunkin' is getting worse and worse, the employees show all the time that they don't want to work. Why are they there? I'm paying for a service that I don't get. There's always something wrong with the orders, ALWAYS! There's not once that I've come here where something was missing, you pay and it doesn't come what was ordered, whether in the order or in a request. I live two streets away from this store, which is very convenient because I buy coffee every day, and I have to drive further to buy it at another store because this one isn't worth it.

Today I encounter the worst person, arrogant and unpolished, she said she was the manager, honestly this location should train this associate, nasty and arrogant, to bad for the name of this franchise. Customers avoid the manager she is the worst.
My daughters and I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts almost every day after school everyone that works there is always smiling. They couldn’t be nicer ! Just We just wanted to let them know they’re doing a great job!!
