Spending your money here is a hit or miss. Went back to fix my coffee twice, how do you mess up a plain iced coffee ?

my food is fresh and to the T every time! Nice workers who care for their customers. Dee provided excellent customer service, great manners, very lovable and sweet always with a smile and satisfy my cravings lol .. i definitely recommend this dunkin the ladies are so sweet and go the extra mile! Halima, Barbara and a few others are also lovable and on point with service!

The iced coffee is never consistent at this location. Bought 3, and all 3 were different shades of color. The employees at this store seem to be just "hanging around" collecting checks. Kind of a shame to say this is possibly one of the worst DD I have been to in the country so far.

Ordering online is the worst here. They NEVER get things right. I get that it gets busy and if it takes longer I get that but they ALWAYS miss the order. I never get what I asked for. And I always have to go back to get the missing items or the right one. Some ppl who work here are really sweet and nice but the service overall is terrible.The drive through sucks in a few ways… it’s inconvenient and too many cars pile up blocking the street… the recently updated the drive through for literally nothing. It helped in no way shape or form. And the orders are never done right. Always missing items or it’s the wrong thing.Going inside isn’t as bad. It’s clean spacious and there’s outlets on the wall to charge ur devices or anything. But if you can’t go inside then be prepared. It’s gonna be slow you’re gonna have missing items and your items may be done wrong.I love DD. I wish this place had better management.

I am sitting in the parking lot right in this I walk in to order a coffee. I’m standing at the registered for literally three minutes as the four people working there. Ignore me the girl count in the register there’s two other girls, one at the drive-through one mopping right in front of me next to the girl counting in a guy just standing there not one person acknowledge me not one person said I’ll be right With you. They completely ignored me unbelievably rude.
This is the second time I come there and they mess up my order and they have a bad attitude I’m never going to that place

Out of all the Jamaican joints in the port city, this one has real good food,I ordered oxtail, my favorite from my island home in my younger days, only place where counter folks don't act like they are reluctantly doing you a favor,Never could understand that as a business model,The food again rocks!A 5 would be bring it to my house set the table and serve......except for service they deserve a 5 cuz it was hot in there over the summer

They never seem to get my coffee right.. I don't like to say bad things about anybody. They have to be honest.The Branford Dunkin donuts just doesn't get the coffee right! EVER! And you do pay for what you ordered. I always order a large regular coffee with two turbo shots and they never put the turbo shots in but they say they do and they will argue with you about it. And that's the manager ironically.
Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible. Three spaces for handicapped and inside is big enough for wheelchair
