I go to this dunking every morning and get coffee and lately all of the employees there have been so rude they just make up the orders I got the $6.00 meal deal today and I got it in a ripped paper bag and when I asked them where the box that they put it in was they said oh we don't know where they are and just shoved the bag at me and then when I asked her if I could have ketchup she said they didn't have any and there's always different people working I go there every morning and every day it's someone different working and they don't know what they're doing

I honestly don’t like this Dunkin every time I’ve come into this one shop they seem to never have patience to explain how to use app to the point I drive 10mins out my way to go into another location this is my 3rd attempt into this shop and again another let down this isn't a place I would spend my money I even explain to a young gentleman today he was very helpful but I definitely expressed to him this is my last time coming back.Im very big on supporting local businesses but if you don’t care to save face for how your treating paying respectable customers how do they expect people to support.
The Dunkin' Donuts is my favorite place to get the cold brew with sweet cold foam. Everything is usually good from there, but the same order doesn't always taste the same. I assume this is because someone different is making it. So, to avoid this, there should be instructions to make every type of drink or anything else taste the same no matter who makes it. Overall though, the food and drinks are good and I go there at least twice a week after work. (I work third shift. So, I get out at the perfect time to get breakfast)(Not that Dunkin' in the afternoon or at night is weird)
