I usually dont do these reviews, but its gotten to that point. I've been frustrated with this Dunkin for years, but this is my first time expressing that on here. There are some good employees there but man most of these people they be hiring are really slow; in movement and in the head. I'm only going to mention my last 2 experiences.......Today I decided to order on the app and waited about 10 minutes before I started walking to Dunkin. I get there and not only is my order not ready yet but I waited an extra 20 minutes for my order. Only thing I ordered was an ice coffee and 2 wraps, and I know it gets a lil busy in the mornings but there were like 6 employees there this morning so things definitely could've been way more organized. They lack organization and strategy. When you know you might have a lot of customers coming in there should be structure so that things can run smoothly and you're not all over the place.... Now last week was an even worse experience - It was only me and 2 other customers in there - 1 customer just got their order and was leaving as I was ordering and the other customer was behind me. The girl that was in there took so long on my ONE coffee that the customer behind me got fed up and left and I ended up just asking for a refund. As I was asking for my refund the customer that was before me walked back in and complained that her order was completely wrong so now the girl is getting frustrated which I don't understand why because if you were doing your job correctly then there would be no issue - but she's so frustrated that instead of giving me my 10 dollar bill back after I gave her back all the change she handed me, she instead hands me back 2 dollars so now I'm confused wondering why she just gave me back even less money. This gets her even more frustrated as she just grabs a 10 dollar bill out the register and hands it to me with a reciept as if to shoo me off. Funny thing is after I left I realized she ended up giving me more money back then she was supposed to smh, and that is why keeping a cool head is so important when you're doing business or dealing with money. I don't know what shall be done but maybe its time to make a complete change in that place. I'd say replace EVERYONE except maybe the girl with the glasses and the big muscular guy. Everyone else could definitely pack it up

The service is bad. Worse representation of Dunkin. The ladies working over the counter today are rude. They were just talking to each other and not even coming to take my order. I called for help amd the one with the eyes was just rude.

Made another Google account just to post at how bad their drive thru is. 25 min wait for 4 cars, absolutely disgusting. Tried this location again after 6 weeks just to see if things changed and they've only gotten worse. Corporate needs to be involved at this point

Why is it taking 20 minutes to order my food??? there’s like 3 workers in morning shift where Dunkin IS PACKED. there’s a whole line even outside and it’s honestly ridiculous. I just wanted a coffee and a grilled cheese and I still didn’t get to order yet. and when I finally was taking my order the cashier didn’t know what a “grilled cheese” was and kept mistaking it for a bacon egg and cheese, I repeatedly told her I wanted a GRILLED cheese but she couldn’t compute what I was saying.

Took over 35 minutes in drive through on a Saturday at 1pm with 3 cars ahead of me to even get to order. Just insane. Not worth it. Went through quarter tank a gas just sitting there.

this dunkin donuts is 1 of the cleanest dunkin dounts i've ever seen in my life it's a tie between this dunkin donuts located at 2427 main street bridgeport ct 06606 and the one insde the gulf gas station that has a deli inside the gas station scooters deli the store manager miss shanda treats all of her customers with respect she is a good teacher to her new employees for example there is a new employee that she hired his name is davidson he was hired about a month or so ago he barely spoke any english and barely understood english but since the time he started i honestly feel that in my opinon he's came a long way another worker my buddy tye he is so quit but everytime i see him puts a smile on my face when i'm not in a good mood same thing goes for my home girl miss netta awesome people whenever she's working and she needs a favor done for example get something from the store for her she always has me go for her we have a very good but tight friendship nia the stores newest shift leader she is real quick to assist her fellow co workers if they need her help miss beatrice don't even get me started on her but she get's me rollin almost everyday when she is working with another shift leader named gee they tease each other out of fun and every customer that comes in to the store and hears and see's it they all laugh and many of customers have told me that this dunkin donuts is the only one that they've ever been too that makes customers feel right at home the district manager josh very nice guy but has a very short fuse when it comes to keeping his employees he is not afraid of yelling at anybody if somebody is contantly disrespecting his employees and customers after he asked you nicely to stop and someone keeps on doing it after he told you to stop you keep on disrespecting someone and he tells you to stop bamn your done you will never be allowed back on the stores property the store owner manny i don't now much about him but i do know that he is a very big sticler he will protect his store and his employees and his customers by any means nescarry i feel loved everytime i step foot into this store i feel respected everytime i step foot into this store
if i could rate this store of 999,999,999,999,999.00 stars this store would get it hands down
