Way better than the Dunkin in Stratford on Honeyspot Road. The staff are lively and make you feel important. The sandwiches are very hot and fresh, the bacon is cooked completely and they don’t have an attitude serving you like the one in Stratford. This is my go to Dunkin no matter if I have to drive 10 minutes to and back.

Some days are good, some days are bad. It just depends on what day you go and what staff you get. Most part they've always been nice.
Vegetarian options: They have options with no meat.
Parking: Shares a parking lot with other stores in the Plaza.
If I could leave ZERO Stars I would!! There’s ONE cashier whose attitude is NEVER pleasant. He’s lighter in complexion and usually works mornings - afternoon. Terrible service!!!

The staff in this location (except for a few) are super miserable and rude. The place is empty why are you angry? I always say if you hate your job do not work for the public. The food was so burned, I could not eat. I did not bother to go back inside because they were fooling around too much.

Broken bathroom doors, order made wrong and I stood at the counter while the server stood behind the counter on her phone for 2 minutes. We didn't even bother going back in to get the correct coffee

This place has a very bad reputation ? for service ? for the first time my daughter ? stopped by for a bagel ? toasted with cream cheese ? leaving school ? and the result was that when she got home the bread was more than spoiled ? that was a mockery ? to serve that bread like this ?
This is the worst!!! Location my food was cold they forgot to put the Bacon on my food the hot coffee was cold!! This is the second time this happened to me at this Location. The service was horrible the language was rude!! I will take this to corporate!!!!

Placed a drive thru order in the morning and only 3 cars were in front me, took a while, so I exited the drive thru and came inside to place just for a coffee. Couple of employees are slow and were arguing with manager just to make a coffee!!! I have to say manager was doing as every manager does , being calm and finishing the orders. I missed the train because of this, not every customer has a time to wait!! Will think twice to stop here!!

Workers are incredibly rude. Discriminate against people based on race and gender. Would not let me use the restroom despite being a paying customer simply because I was a man. Saw multiple females use the restroom but they wouldn’t let me have the key,
