I went there to get English muffin with bacon egg and cheese and they told me they couldn’t make it cause the oven was dirty. I didn’t even bother to order because it seems to be the theme there at that particular one they’re either ran out of something or the oven is dirty. I just left.

Literally waited 25 minutes in the drive through and was very patient because i know the fast food industry could be rough but to be missing 3 things from my order and not have simple things done right like adding butter to my sandwiches is unacceptable

The service is butt not going to lie there’s an old lady there who is annoying and always mad for no reason she rushes people she is very disrespectful and she always wants to curse at customers and start arguments she tossed my coffee at the table once and it spilled and she got mad at me and refused to make me another coffee the other workers had to apologize and make me a new one I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ for a while now and I am so tired of this lady

I often show patience when awaiting my order but this Duncan two thumbs down! I was on drive thru/ pick up first. The line was just at a stand still. After not moving for about 10 mins devoting just inside to try and pick up my mobile order. Once inside went to the young lady at the register. She was very accommodating explained my situation and she handed me my drinks. Told me that food would be right up. Waited patiently another 10-15 minutes. I watched as about four staff members kept making drink orders while one person seemed to be making food. One other person worked the drive up window. In disbelief of how there was no apparent help to the food making, I decided I ask about my food again. The staff seem to be bothered that I came inside after not wanting to stay in a non moving long long line outside. I finally get my food and one male says “oh next time don’t put drive thru!” I get back in my car now to take the food home to my waiting family, only to find I was missing an order of hash browns!! SMH this place was too too slow and very unwelcoming!!! The only helpful person was the young lady on the inside register!

Worst Dunkin EVER. Stayed in the drive throu unmoved for 15 minutes before deciding to park and go inside. Asked for our mobile order. We were given our drinks which was already waiting on the side. We were told she was making the sandwiches now. Waited an additional 10 minutes. Asked for the status of our order to which we were brushed off. 5 additional minutes Asked someone else to check the side for our food and there it was. A nice cold sandwich that was done long time ago but never given to us. They had 4 people making drinks and 1 person making food. No one bothers to check in and find out if you ever got your food they just set it down and ignore all attempts to get their attention. Zero customer service and super slow inefficient ran store.
