Only one polite staff . She’s an older Spanish lady with glasses . I always forget to get her name . But if she’s not working that drive thru line is wrapped around the building . Everytime i go inside i get rude staff who don’t even say good morning or have a smile on their face not to sound racist I’m a black female myself , the black females in there are rude and act as if they don’t wanna be there.

If some one asks for light ice, it probably means that they DO NOT want their drink literally packed with ice from top to bottom. Additionally the staff here is constantly rude, unpleasant, and far more concerned about gossiping with other employees than doing the bare minimum of their job.
The customer service here sucks...rude and lazy... take forever to get your food ... I don't know if it's just the morning crew.. but I'm good on this place

Insane that their employees can’t do basic math, or at least the girly that checked me out didn’t. I was going to get 6 coffee rolls and half a dozen donuts. Proceeds to try and charge me 80$!!!! And I questioned her and she said they’re 6$ each… which they’re 2.50/3$ each. And even if 6x6 is 36$ what on earth is going on are people stupid? Not going back there. WORST attitude not to mention.
