All the little kids there are rude as heck. They worrying about playing, talking to their friends or being in their phones instead of showing good customer service. I will literally never spend another dime at this location. I wish I could make a review with 0 stars. Management needs to find real good people instead of nasty rude little kids.

I am actually giving this location a NO star! I’ve been coming to this location bc it near my residence and this Dunkin manager does not know how to run this place she’s rude and disrespectful, she yells at her employees in front of customers treat them like garbage, snatches hot drinks out there hands and throws it in the trash because she doesn’t like the way they made it. These employees deserve to be treated better and like humans with respect. The employees do make good drinks and food when the manager is not in there faces yelling at them while making it

Literally 30 minutes later I realized they must have filled the cup with ice to the top of the cup. Effectively making a large cold brew priced-small iced coffee. I think this is a bit unfair, you can see the line for Ice goes 2/3 up the cup, and they literally just don’t care that a couple sips empties most of the coffee here. IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY’S WORTH ASK FOR LIGHT ICE.

At 7:30 am the restaurant is filthy. All the tables are dirty. The floor has paper and food everywhere. The station behind the counter looks as if it’s never been cleaned. I will never buy from this location again.

Bunch of lazy ghetto idiots with no common sense I asked for a bagel twist toasted with cream cheese I got a deconstructed version and an up charge on cream cheese because them doing there job and putting it together is too much work for them bad service won't go there even to use there free wifi !!!!!!

Just grateful it was open at around 4AM. Unfortunately I had to be up at that time in the AM because I had no other choice. So as I waited, I made. Dunkin' run and they were open and I was able to get hot cup of coffee with a toasted bagel and cream cheese.

every time i come to this dunkin its like they dont know when to stop serving the drive thru? 2 people waiting in the line inside and all the workers stood there looking at us serving the drive thru had only two customers sitting wait 20 minutes just to be asked how we doing ! All i was getting was a small coffee ! These kids need to be retrained how to work the lobby and drive thru at the same time
I saved up enough points for a handcrafted drink and when I went to scan it, it took away my points, but I did not get my free handcrafted drink and I also put my coupon for a two dollar iced coffee and I did not spend 2 dollars on the ice coffee i paid full price for both handcrafted drinks and no discount. All I did was take away my points, I’m very upset.
