The way they speak to you on the speaker is rude. Got a bagel and hash brown and the food was very over cooked and stale, almost like they overcooked it on purpose to hide the fact it was stale lol didn’t work.

Did a mobile order for drive up and got to the store to see it was busy inside and had a line. After sitting in the line for about 20 minutes I finally got to the window and the woman tried to give me a melted frozen coffee. When I asked her politely to remake it she said "that's what happens when you do mobile order, your stuff sits and melts". I didn't fuss just asked her again to remake it. She rolled her eyes and whispered something to the other people in the store. Filed a complaint and was told to come to the store for a free coffee. Got there and the store was closed for renovations. Also found out the rude woman was the assistant manager. Never again!

I would really like to be able to get breakfast without having to listen to employees fighting each other.
The older woman at the register was so sweet, but the shorter girl in the back was making a scene. I was there for about ten minutes, but it had been going on before I got there according to another customer. The second girl seemed to be trying to de-escalate but the loud one would not drop it. Really, really unprofessional.

TERRIBLE!!!! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star, they need to teach them how to speak to customers, drive through experience was TERRIBLE!!!! Had me waiting 10 minutes to never even taking my ORDER!! Employee didn’t even lmk anything or acknowledged that I was there just waiting!! Not only is the space so limited I had to wait in line to end up not even getting anything! I hate it here

Absolute worst experience at a Dunkin in a long, long time. Not my usual location but since I was on Main Street and hadn't eaten anything all day, I figured I'd give this location a try for a quick toasted bagel order. Ordered online for drive-through pickup and they couldn't find my order when I got there... No biggie, very willing to wait as it was afternoon and things get busy. Finally got my order and my sesame bagel was so hard that I couldn't even bite it, no joke. It wasn't hard from too much toasting though... I didn't even see any toasting on it. The bagel itself was very OLD and flat and stale and to be very honest, whoever took a second to spread the cream cheese on it should have noticed that. It was so hard and old that I had to pull on it to make one side come apart from the other. If you don't have anymore sesame bagels it's not a problem... just let me know and I can choose something else. I really can't understand how somebody in good conscience could give this to a customer to EAT... Wow. And I spend my hard-earned Dunkin loyalty points to get this, too... Wasted money and just awful service. Save your points and/or your money and go to another location. This one is seriously disappointing.
