Slowest Dunkin drive through I have ever been in waited 25 minutes (not an exaggeration) for a watered down coffee

Drive through employees are rude ordered a simple matcha latte told him if he can please add some strawberry purée to the cup as I have ordered it this way before with no problem he proceeded to say “WHATTT” I repeated myself and he replied we don’t do none of that here I replied yes you do I got one last week so I say just give me a regular matcha latte if it’s too hard for you and he replied with “ yes it’s to hard for me” goes to show they hire people who don’t like their job and don’t want to work not knowing how to make a drink is fine but replying with a sick remark is real crazy Dunkin do better and chose your employees better !

This was one of the best dunkin’s in bridgeport. The other one on main st & the one on washington takes forever and is always rude. However today i received a coffee from here with a whole NAIL in it. Actually never going to any dunkin ever again.

slowest dunkin i’ve ever been to, there will be a drive thru line of 3 cars but will still take 20 minutes to get a coffee that ends up being made wrong.

The way they speak to you on the speaker is rude. Got a bagel and hash brown and the food was very over cooked and stale, almost like they overcooked it on purpose to hide the fact it was stale lol didn’t work.

Did a mobile order for drive up and got to the store to see it was busy inside and had a line. After sitting in the line for about 20 minutes I finally got to the window and the woman tried to give me a melted frozen coffee. When I asked her politely to remake it she said "that's what happens when you do mobile order, your stuff sits and melts". I didn't fuss just asked her again to remake it. She rolled her eyes and whispered something to the other people in the store. Filed a complaint and was told to come to the store for a free coffee. Got there and the store was closed for renovations. Also found out the rude woman was the assistant manager. Never again!

I would really like to be able to get breakfast without having to listen to employees fighting each other.

The older woman at the register was so sweet, but the shorter girl in the back was making a scene. I was there for about ten minutes, but it had been going on before I got there according to another customer. The second girl seemed to be trying to de-escalate but the loud one would not drop it. Really, really unprofessional.
