The coffee was cold and the milk smelled awful and rancid. I didn't have time to go back; I have university. Everything was bad—the bagels were old and not fresh. A very bad experience.

I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts frequently and it’s one of the freshest Dunkin’s. S-tier dunkin. They have the coffee on tap, you know when the coffee is on tap, the dunkin is fresh. Not one of those gas station Dunkin’s with rubber bagels. If you come to this dunkin you will be treated by smiles, and quick service, with fresh affordable food done right.

The line was so slow I literally thought it was a one man show and there person in the drive thru was a new hire so I was very accepting. I was in line for more than 20 minutes and the woman taking my order had the rudest demeanor. I finally pull up and a black woman with tattoos on her arms said she didn’t take my order and she couldn’t find it so I needed to go back around in line. WHAT?! I stated that I couldn’t and had been in line for a long time already and she got such an attitude about that - when she finally ‘found’ my coffees, quite literally sitting on the counter behind her, they were disgusting and there were 6 people working! Completely unacceptable standards and appalling staff.

Drive through employees are rude ordered a simple matcha latte told him if he can please add some strawberry purée to the cup as I have ordered it this way before with no problem he proceeded to say “WHATTT” I repeated myself and he replied we don’t do none of that here I replied yes you do I got one last week so I say just give me a regular matcha latte if it’s too hard for you and he replied with “ yes it’s to hard for me” goes to show they hire people who don’t like their job and don’t want to work not knowing how to make a drink is fine but replying with a sick remark is real crazy Dunkin do better and chose your employees better !
