I’ve never came here before, but everyone always recommends this place. I’m Mexican so I’m very prideful of my own cultures food. However if I have to eat anywhere other than my own food I would definitely eat here. It’s so clean, the minute you walk in all you smell is the food. The line is crazy but not in a negative way. That definitely means the wait is worth it cause the food is absolutely delicious. And all the workers are really working hard which makes the wait understandable, cause it’s not like the wait is cause they are doing nothing. Staff is also very nice and respectful. Overall great place, great food and great people!!!

Delicious food but they definitely need a better system. They are EXTREMELY slow. I was waiting in line in the same spot for 25 minutes. The line just would not move.

As I entered into the restaurant, there were two people in line which made me the third person in line. I did not want food. I just wanted a smoothie and there happens to be a separate line for smoothies and ice cream. After two or three minutes there were three or four other guests that came in and they were served before me and I wasn’t even acknowledged. This has happened to me several times and I always say I’m never coming back but for the kids I do. This will definitely be my last time. First food quality went out of the window now bad customer service???!

I called to place a catering order & the women on the phone directed me to do so online. I found it strange because I have always called to place a catering order. I placed the order, paid in full & received a confirmation that my order was received & accepted. When it came time for my delivery I noticed they were late so I called the restaurant to where I couldn’t get through. I then had a coworker call & to my surprise the phone rings. Once on the phone the young man proceeds to tell me he has been trying to call me all day (I never received a call) & “No one made my food”. In those exact words. I am disappointed & disgusted at how I was handled. We were given a full refund after being asked if that’s what we wanted.. Please do better with your customer service in the future.
A nice family atmosphere. Food is great even though sometimes the lines r long. The serving r usually good as well. My family always enjoys it. Sometimes I just get rice to supplement my own meal n it’s wonderful

Pretty good good. The best Hispanic food I’ve had in Connecticut so far. I would reccomend picking it up rather than ordering online for more choices. Delicious food.
Parking: There may be about 8-10 slots in the lot and then you can also park along the street

There’s a combo on DoorDash that’s supposed to let you choose rice, beans, and any type of meat. However, I can’t select which type of meat I want. I tried calling the restaurant, but they put me on hold for over 10 minutes and never got back to me. Thats poor service. I'll keep my money to myself. They need to fix the menu on DoorDash or have better service on the phone. Thats terrible.
