He does not have good taste, the food tastes half ugly and I also saw that a man got in the bottle a bug in the beer that I drink cream soup, that must thicken, not watery, do not like the food there.

I usually love this place but not today. Will not be back. I was sitting there trying to eat my meal. There was a cat walking on the floor and hopped up on the table next to us and then tried to jump on our table my husband had to push it away . I thought that was very disgusting. I called the lady to come and get the cat which she did and apologized And not only that we left a tip anyways cause that’s how we are, but they did not tell us that the tip was already included so she basically tipped herself and he tipped them. This should be investigated by the health department and the only reason that she cleaned the table is because we saw the cat on the table. She was not gonna clean it until I reported it.

Delicious typical Ecuadorian dishes, bolón mixto my favorite, excellent service and fair prices. Highly recommended place.

We were in the neighborhood and the delicious smell coming from this place caught our attention. We stopped in and had a wonderful experience. For starters we had an empanada made from plantain, it was very good, made better with a sauce they gave us. Next we shared a plate called Picada which was various types of fried meats which was excellent. It contained pork, chicken, beef and a type of sausage. It was served with tostones (fried green plantains). The serving was huge. We loved most of it, except for the beef, personally I like it more rare and it was over done. The restaurant has an extensive menu with breakfast, lunch and dinner options. When you enter don’t be surprise if it looks like a corner store, they do have tables set up to eat in or takeout.

Bad experience, terrible customer service ?
The food is fantastic without a doubt and in fact I have never had problems ordering repeatedly at this restaurant almost every day from Monday to Friday but today I waited for my food to be brought for 3 hours and finally when they arrived I was already in my departure time to go home they called me 3 times to tell me that my order was late and in the final call they told me that if I still wanted the order that they would arrive in 15 minutes more in the end they arrived 15 minutes later than what they said the The order arrived with the wrong soda because there was no flavor I requested and they just decided to bring me anything without asking if I wanted something different so that in the end when I rejected the order an unpleasant and very rude lady called me to reproach me for not accepting the order and I'm not a serious person because I don't accept an order that I ordered 3 hours ago anyway I feel disappointed because it was a restaurant that enjoyed its food but unfortunately this person doesn't know anything about service the customer just yelled and was ruder when she tried to tell him why he did not accept the order.

The food is good but the waitresses always charge whatever they can think of saying it is “taxes” taxes in CT are 6.5 or 20 dollars $1.30! That's the bad thing and that when they have two tables they are very busy! And “free delivery is not free” they charge 4 dollars more per order, that's fine but don't put free delivery on every menu paper!
