Elis Sweet Bakery did an amazing job on the cake for my daughter’s graduation from the Bridgeport Police Academy! The cake was not only beautiful, but absolutely delicious. We also ordered cupcakes, and they were a huge hit with everyone.
We chose red velvet and chocolate, and both flavors were moist, rich, and perfectly balanced. You can truly taste the love and care that goes into their baking.
