I used to travel almost 20 minutes to come here sometimes, but this third time that they gave me refried/black chicken was enough. I will not post the picture, hence judge for yourself.

I've been to this restaurant several times now, actually my big brother turned me onto it, I'm glad he did, first let me start by saying I've only order the fried chicken wings, French fries, wish I also requested extra crispy the the brown right is well , I'm definitely going to try the ribs though.. šŸ˜‹

I was in on Saturday, ordered Shrimp Egg Foo Yong and have no idea what you did to this dish. I think you minced the shrimp instead of giving whole shrimp. I could not eat this, did not like the texture. If I had been able to bring dish back I would have. Makes me think twice about any other dish you might have changed the composition of the meal, will take me a long time to come back and try another dish.

One of the best Chinese food spots I’ve had in a long time, only place I’ll eat at. I recommend going here they never disappoint, never give me issues, and fast :)

I’ve been eating here for about 13 years and the food is great, I can never complain about the food. This is the only Chinese restaurant I’d eat in, in the state of CT. The food is fresh and the restaurant is clean. I don’t believe the other negative reviews, In my opinion.

As others who have patronized Fei Ma over the years, it’s disheartening that they continue their downward spiral! For the last year I have experienced the quality of the food go from exquisite to good to fair and now inedible! Last order was devoid of any seasoning and so bland I wouldn’t torture my dogs with the leftovers, which was most of the meal as I couldn’t and wouldn’t eat it! They may have customers who continue to ā€œraveā€ about their food, apparently they’ve lost their palate! Try any other oriental restaurant, as this one is no better than eating at T.G.I.F.; oh wait… they’re closed to bankruptcy!?! šŸ™€

They like to overcharge on everything, but they don't recheck up their order. I'm allergic to bean sprout, and they gave me rice with bean sprouts. I pay for 1 egg 1.75 in the rice and go home with no egg and bean sprot which i'm allergic to never again

Food is prepared with 15-20 mins. I do suggest ordering ahead.
Never had a bad meal from there, although they do have a curtain to prevent customers from seeing into the kitchen. I do feel like they maybe stuck in the pandemic era (before they allowed customers to sit down & enjoy their food inside) but now it is strictly takeout.

This place has really gone downhill. It used to be a great restaurant years ago, but now the issues behind the scenes are hard to ignore. My main concern is the lack of cleanliness in the kitchen.

If you order food from here, please check it carefully. I’ve found hair in my meals on multiple occasions, and I’m honestly surprised more people haven’t said anything. It’s happened more than once, and it’s unacceptable.

For the record, I don’t run into this issue at Hong Kong, the Chinese restaurant just down the street. This is specifically a problem with Fei Ma Restaurant.

I’m speaking up now in the hope they take this seriously and clean up their act. If you’re ordering items like boneless spare ribs or chicken with broccoli, inspect your food. If you find any kind of hair, please leave a review because people deserve to know.

My food yesterday tasted like they dropped it in soap. It was the most disgusting food I’ve had in a long time. This place has lost a customer and their consistency. I would not recommend.
