Fortuna’s catered our wedding in September 2024 and truly blew us away. Kristin and Nancy are absolutely amazing - they were communicative, provided guidance, and weee flexible every step of the way. From personalizing the menu to adding in our own twists, they were ready for anything! We are thrilled with the variety and quality of the appetizers and stations they provided for our wedding. The food was absolutely delicious which should be a give-in with any caterer, but it’s the extra layers of attention & love that they add that really sets them apart. No part of me was stressed about the food or bar at all on my big day because I knew we were in the best hands. Their team of servers and bartenders were phenomenal - making sure to check if we needed anything and making sure we got to try every bite throughout the night! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and they were so curteous and professional. Every course was just exquisite, and the range of cuisines they were able to execute to high standards was impressive. Our dinner was vegetarian, and two guests had dietary limitations (gluten and soy) and they were able to seamlessly accomodate these special requests and provide such a special dining experience for everyone. Nancy and Kristin and the entire Fortuna's Catering team helped make our event perfect! Nancy and Kristin helped plan our anniversary party menu which included many back-and-forth emails. They were always available and ready to answer any questions we had! On the day of the party, the team handled it all! We didn't have to worry about a single thing. From putting out plates, silverware, and food set up, to coordinating meal times, making sure my husband and I get first dibs, and all everything in between. Each team member was kind and helpful! The most important part.. THE FOOD. We had hor d'oeuvres, a main meal, and dessert catered by Fortuna's, and when I tell you everyone complimented the food...it was AMAZING! Some of the fan favorites were the grilled peach and burrata on crostini, chicken and waffles with maple cream, the mini sliders, the smores bites, and the affogato bar! Everything was so tasty, the temperatures were perfect, and the food options were so fun and out of the "party norms" that you usually get at events which made it even better for a crowd! Fortuna's is the place to go when you want really fun and tasty food options and amazing customer service!

I was very disappointed with my experience with Fortuna's catering. I spent over $400, and did not receive even close to that in value.To start: $150 went towards the liquor license, and bins. First off, it was only two bins and they were both pretty small and they were lined with actual garbage bags. They didn't hold nearly enough drinks, and they looked cheap and messy. I never asked specifically how many bins, so fine maybe that's on me, but the garbage bags are ridiculous for a catering company to be passing off as acceptable. The only other thing I can say is, fine, we can pretend that the bins we're just an add-on to the liquor license and I shouldn't have expected much, but at the very least they need to be clear what they are providing. I shouldn't have to guess.Second, I paid another $100 for ice and cups. I received two bags of ice and about 45 cups. That feels like a scam, and I'm appalled that they feel comfortable charging that. If I knew better I would have just picked up ice and cups myself. At a cost of $100 I expected nicer cups and more of them, and a better setup than two bags of ice.Lastly, I paid $140 for a charcuterie board. Granted, that's not far off price wise, but half of the meat on the tray looked old and inedible. The salami was gray. I had MULTIPLE guests mention it. It was left mostly untouched because guests were THAT grossed out by the tray as a whole.I am so so disappointed that I spent such a large amount of money for stuff that was more trouble than it was worth. I had high hopes because my initial emails seemed promising but it was a horrible experience. I do not recommend the company at all.EDIT: I have since received a refund for the charcuterie board.

If I could give Fortunas 100 stars it still wouldn’t be enough. They are truly the most amazing cateringteam. They catered my beach wedding this past Saturday with food for Sunday after party as well. The food was talked about constantly by all of our guests and I had 3 people ask for their information for parties they are hosting. Besides the high quality food the service was truly incomparable. The servers were so kind and helpful so above and beyond anything you could ever expect. To the point I have a video of one of the servers helping me with my train when I was walking down the stairs. And they actively engaged all our guests in Polaroids that we had for candids. These are not things they are paid or asked to do and yet they did it with huge smiles on their face. I do not have enough words for how helpful Nancy and Kristen were from start to finish in this process. I ask a lot of questions and they even responded to me while on vacation! I had the wedding of my dreams and it would have never been even close to possible without the superior team of Fortunas catering. Can’t wait to work with them again!

Our guests devoured everything and kept talking about how fantastic all the food and drink offerings were. Most importantly, they refused to let us miss any of it.
