By far the best diner I've been to, I had their triple Cheese Burger (Medium Rare) with fries. They cooked the burger exactly how I asked for it and the fries were both soft and crunchy, I also ordered disco fries and they were phenomenal. The staff was kind and made sure everything was all right with my order, and paying the bill was easy cuz they let you do it with a QR code and you can pay through that instead of having to actually like wait and pay or pay at the cash register in front. All in all an excellent experience and I'm definitely going to go back again.

The "woman" at the counter that sounds like a man is HORRIBLE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! SHE WAS MAD THAT I CANCELLED 1 THING ON MY ORDER SO SHE PROCEEDED TO MARK UP MY $20 BILL (THAT CAME FROM THE BANK ATM!!!) AND TELL ME THAT IT'S FAKE. I THEN WENT RIGHT BACK TO WHERE I TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF AND THE MANAGER RE-CHECKED IT AND SHOWS ITS REAL AND HAS A YELLOW MARK ON IT. I THEN CALLED FRANKIES BACK AND THE MANLY WOMAN WAS SO NASTY. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR EVEN DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE. THIS PERSON SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO WORK ANYWHERE AROUND PEOPLE, LET ALONE AT A RESTAURANT, WHERE YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE ON A DAILY BASIS. CLEARLY, SHE'S A MISERABLE PERSON WHO'S MAD AT WHERE SHE ENDED UP IN LIFE, AND JUST A HATER. THERE ARE SOOO MANY BETTER DINERS, JUST DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

They don't offer home fries anymore, instead they have shredded hash browns, which I like, but theirs have a funny taste that I don't like. I thought it was just a bad batch the first time I tried it, but it tasted bad every time I ordered them again. I wish they would bring back their home fries. Other than that, everything else was great.

This place has changed since covid ordered a turkey club special , which was supposed to have fresh roasted turkey Looks like it was purchased at Walmart Slimy wet package turkey Why frankie why Let me guess cut the cost down. Too bad. Plus they don't give you the canister with your milkshake anymore. Anything to save a buck? No presentation into the food just a sandwich on a plate

Frankie's hasn't changed after 20+ years. The person who served us was so great. She dealt with out antics of fun. Hopefully she remembers but my aunt mentioned to her that her necklace reminded her of Roses from the Titanic. She stated that's why she got bought it. Next time I will have to try those disco fries. Lol. Thank you for your great attitude.
