I think they have a new owner the waitresses are always changing, this one guy ignored me til some nice lady came up to me asking me for my order, but their prices have gone up and they’re new boss sucks as much as their food does and I don’t like it I might try out whites diner due to the disappointment . I have been a customer here for many years and today was my last day … I hate the new fries btw

I looked around for a diner today because I love a good diner. I Went to Frankie’s Diner and was mishandled. I came in with a smile and waited to be seated. Two waitresses walked by not a look or anything. It was so bad the cashier looked at me smiled and seated me. She gave me a menu. I sat there for approximately five minutes and watched waitresses go by no one asked me did I want coffee or water. By the seventh minute a white family came in and was immediately seated and given beverages. I sat and watched, then the same waitress went to a customer ( who was waiting for their pick up order) the waitress started explaining to her why she didn’t serve me. But in the mean time I received no service. 12 minutes later I left the diner. If the food taste like the service then it is best I didn’t get served. No food no service just bad business. Do yourself a favor don’t patronize them.
It’s supposed to be 24 hours. I’m here at 4:08 in the morning and no one‘s here restaurant is dark but sign out front claims 24 hour Google claims or 24 hours no one‘s here.

By far the best diner I've been to, I had their triple Cheese Burger (Medium Rare) with fries. They cooked the burger exactly how I asked for it and the fries were both soft and crunchy, I also ordered disco fries and they were phenomenal. The staff was kind and made sure everything was all right with my order, and paying the bill was easy cuz they let you do it with a QR code and you can pay through that instead of having to actually like wait and pay or pay at the cash register in front. All in all an excellent experience and I'm definitely going to go back again.
