Went here before a show for drinks and dinner. Only had one girl working, running food, bartending and waiting tables. Place was nearly empty but service was still very slow, they needed more help. Everyone’s food was dry and tasteless. I even had to send mine back as it was so dry and burned. Waitress was nice enough about it though. Overall don’t waste your time, I keep trying to give this place a chance and it’s just never good

This place was terrible. They was only one bartender and one waitress running.. Drinks were so over priced. I paid $18 for a vodka martini? Then they had the nerve to add 18% tax to my bill. I was with a group, but I had my own separate bill. Drinks took up to an hour,Asked for a pitcher of water when we got there. It showed up after an hour. Food was all cold!! We were there from 7pm till 9:25. It felt like forever.!’ Not a happy customer.

Wasn't extremely happy with the service. The night we went there the entire beer tap was down. They didn't have the bottle beer on the menu. And we didn't even get our wings.

Went there this afternoon (11/8/24) at 1:30pm and the restaurant was completely closed. The website indicates they open at 11am. Nobody answers the phone, so I guess they're closed for good? It would be nice if they updated they're website, it would have saved me my donation to the Bridgeport parking authority.

We are from out of town and found this restaurant by doing a Google search. It had good reviews so we figured we would give it a try before going to a concert. We ordered shrimp cocktail as one of our appetizers. And what we received was RAW SHRIMP! We asked the man who served it to us if it was raw and he said yes, like it was supposed to be that way. We obviously sent it back and then we were told they were sorry…they had a new cook in the kitchen that night. Please beware of this place. They obviously employ people who know nothing about food or food safety. And they did not even send a manager to talk to us.

We ordered shrimp cocktail as one of our appetizers. And what we received was RAW SHRIMP! We asked the man who served it to us if it was raw and he said yes, like it was supposed to be that way. We obviously sent it back and then we were told they were sorry…they had a new cook in the kitchen that night. Please beware of this place. They obviously employ people who know nothing about food or food safety. And they did not even send a manager to talk to us.

Mixed feelings about this place. Went for dinner before a show at the AMP and looked at the menu online before booking. The building itself is cool, being that its an old former bank. Food and drinks were good and decent portions. Was told no dessert served on weekends, what?! Major turn off was the very sneaky practice of automatically adding an 18% tip to all checks and NOT giving a paper check - only a small handheld credit card reader was brought over. After adding another 20% tip while the server stood right next to me in silence, I only caught it because I asked for a paper receipt. Took a while to get it resolved. Unfortunately will most likely not return because of this.

Ambiance was nice, service was lackluster, ordered wings, they came out cold. Ordered a pizza which was very undercooked. May go back for drinks before a concert but definitely not food.

Where to begin... the music was loud, the service was non-existent... we waited for 10 minutes for someone to seat us when the restaurant was about a quarter full and then waiting another 20 minutes at our table waiting to order. No one ever came over so we got up and left. Only then did someone ask if we were okay. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.

We stopped here before a concert at the Amphitheater and they said they were understaffed. Even though it didn’t seem busy, service was very slow- we had five people in our group and our food all came out separately, the first person was done with their food before the last person even got their food. I got the chicken sandwich which was so incredibly dry I could barely cut it and chew it. The server took that off the bill since I could not eat it and did bring empanadas because we were already late for our show and those actually came out in a few minutes. As we were paying, we found out that they charge an 18% gratuity on every check for “the house” which doesn’t go to the servers. Then, they expect you to tip the server on top of the 18% since the server does not get that. How could we be expected to tip well over 20% when the food was not good and the service was so slow? Would not come back here or recommend to anyone.

The food was good. We arrived at 4:45 for 7 PM concert. Thank God we arrived early. We barely got one round of drinks and appetizers. Before We had to ask for a check. The place did not seem to be that busy but our wait person was always missing in action. I wouldn't recommend this place for a quick meal before concert. Service is very slow.

Picked Gather to have an early dinner before a concert. Service was slow and inconsistent. When something was missing from one of the dishes, the reply was “oh - they didn't tell me in the kitchen”. Before even paying the check, they left the table cleaner a dirty rag at the table. Would only recommend getting a drink at the bar - skip food and table service.
