I went there to eat the lady was very nasty from the start, I told her that I will like to seat and eat there, first of all there's was no clean table she refused to ask someone to come and clean the table. Instead she starts arguing with me and never place my order.the customer service at Jean's cuisine is very bad who want eat in a place where they're treating people like nothing.

Fiiiinally tried Jean’s Cuisine, and will definitely be returning!

We got the stewed chicken with rice and beans, and plantain.
Had to try the pikliz - was nice.
Main dish was very flavorful, and tasty.
We came for the diri djon djon (“black rice”) but they were out - can’t wait to come back again to try it.

I’d read a Medium was a good size portion - that is still correct!

Parking was good, and there’s a little outdoor seating area.

Customer service is becoming out of hand. They let people grouping all around the register while other customers left neglected without being acknowledged.
I’m not sure what happened, but they used to have great customer service.

I’m disappointed

Third time I went there, the service was "still" not great. The lady was not welcoming. She just took our order, and that's it. Food did not have that extra kick I was expecting, the diri djondon didn't taste like djondjon, and the pikliz was bitter. The only good thing was the meat and the plantain, but other than that 1/10

I was at the restaurant yesterday i ordered fried plantain and goat, the light skin girl handed me the food and I noticed the plantains were cold as if the had been fried the day before and I told her I paid for fresh food why you gave me something that is cold, she replied and said Haitians are always complaining instead of changing the food and giving me fresh one. I had been eating there several times and brought countless people, now after the bad experience I will never eat there again or refer the restaurant to any other person.

Thank you guys for making such great tasting fried fish. I appreciate the food quality. The black bean stew was on point, and the sauce was flavorful.

Never have rice left. It’s been 3-4 times. I ordered online and when I arrived they said there wasn’t rice after they charge me.

Running out of rice hours before you close is so unprofessional. Every once in awhile is ok but everyday is crazy. If you want rice you have to call way earlier and have your food sitting out for hours it's unacceptable and health code violation. The food is amazing and I order at least twice a week Please fix the rice issue restaurant's shouldn't run out of food hours before you close.
