Order pizza for delivery from here they forgot and try to lie about i said pick up when he asked for my address. Then when I received my pizza it was cold. When I told him he didnāt offered me any options. He told me well too bad. Worst service ever!

If I could leave lower than a 1 I would.. The customer service I received today was HORRIBLE!!!! I have been a customer for years and have had minor problems but today takes the cake! Drove down to Bridgeport from New Haven and paid for a large āmeatballā pizza and a large bottle of coke and when we got to our destination we realized they gave us someone elseās order. I understand mistakes are made, but the way it was handled was ALL WRONGā¦.. Julioās suggested we drive back to Bridgeport to get the correct order. Uhhh.. No! His mistake!!! His fixing it!!!!! I requested someone deliver the correct order to my address. He refused and said I can pick it up tomorrow.. Julioās (the copy cat from Arthurās Famous Pizza) has lost a customer Sorry Sonyaā¦. AND I will share my experience with everyone I know that eats pizza. Adiosā¦.
