If I could leave lower than a 1 I would.. The customer service I received today was HORRIBLE!!!! I have been a customer for years and have had minor problems but today takes the cake! Drove down to Bridgeport from New Haven and paid for a large “meatball” pizza and a large bottle of coke and when we got to our destination we realized they gave us someone else’s order. I understand mistakes are made, but the way it was handled was ALL WRONG….. Julio’s suggested we drive back to Bridgeport to get the correct order. Uhhh.. No! His mistake!!! His fixing it!!!!! I requested someone deliver the correct order to my address. He refused and said I can pick it up tomorrow.. Julio’s (the copy cat from Arthur’s Famous Pizza) has lost a customer Sorry Sonya…. AND I will share my experience with everyone I know that eats pizza. Adios….

Hands down the best pizza in Bpt you will find at Julio's! It tastes better than its predecessor Arthur's Famous Pizza on the south end of Bridgeport, Connecticut. We stopped in before heading back home to Georgia to get a large cheese. Boy was it delicious ? we wished we had bought more. I would love to see them renovated and serving outdoors.

This place is a joke growing up in the city famous was the go to this man try to open his own place sucks at customer service has guys in the kitchen who swearrrr they are cooks aka chef material doesn’t even give a proper introduction messes up too much man close yours doors dude your restaurant is so lazy you can’t even take time to cut a garlic bread like who does that and then you say in famous that was never done bro your talking to a man who grew up on that restaurant and I serio think it’s time ppl start seeing the truth about these businesses what a shame
Staff is unprofessional, I tried ordering delivery several times and they said they don’t have a driver or I will have to wait 3 hours for someone to deliver the food. Another time I had a problem with the food and the staff didn’t try to fix my order or do anything. he pretty much told me go somewhere else.after all that I still I gave them another chance and I ordered a garlic bread with cheese and I had to return it cuz they burnt the bread. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

The pizza is great. It's not too doughy, the crust is thin and crispy. It takes like a real NY Pizza, compared to most pizza places in CT the pizza was very light and didn't make you feel bloated. Just the right amount of cheese, sauce and pepperoni.Julio's might just be my new favorite spot
