I had the misfortune of visiting the place last Saturday. They had a young brunette serving the checkout, arrogant and rude with a terrible attitude. They left my order lying around and didn't even tell me it was mine. I asked him several times and he turned his face at me, ignored me and made a gesture of displeasure. I will never, ever return to that place and if you ask me, I will give you the same opinion. The place looks dirty, lacking in maintenance and lacking in personnel willing to serve the consumer who is the one who feeds them.

Woman was in the back talking to another employee about another employee not coming in that day while customers were standing in front waiting to place orders. Then she was not very customer friendly.

This place is such a nice building and great food but today i spent 55 dollars in food and i have been going here for years but the customer service is so bad it never has changed i understand they may be exhausted but it wont hurt to just atleast listen instead of having us repeat on and on or to sound like ur not half asleep. Good food horrible service.

Everyone had an airpod in. No one was wearing an apron. No one bagging food was wearing gloves. Girl with red and yellow hair was not wearing a hat. Absolutely jarring to see the lack of urgency in general. I’m fully aware it’s fast food but do the bare minimum that is required.

I asked worker what kind of oil did they fry their chicken in, he then proceeded to notify the manger, she(the manager) came out with an attitude saying she doesn't know anything. It's 2023, if you can't go to the back of your restaurant and read a label your incompetent.
