Restaurant is very dirty and every time I order on Uber eats or door dash my order is always wrong . . Very inconsistent food quality sadly this location needs to be shut down soon as possible

I ordered a $20 meal and saucy nuggets. The cashier was rude and when I got home she didn't put my saucy nuggets in the bag. Her customer service was lousy.

I think it's the worst service I've ever received from KFC. The cashier wasn't even at work, she was outside texting. Then, when she served us, she acted in a very rude manner, she didn't even care, she didn't offer us anything. Terrible

Very shady area it’s in. Does not have very much lighting at night. Also could use a good cleaning and disinfecting. I can understand being an old building but you can be a little cleaner.

I asked them if they could put the hot honey for me on the side and they said no. All it takes is for you to put it in a container like the other sauces. They are not accommodating and the customer service was horrendous. And the inside looked disgusting like they haven’t cleaned or wiped anything down in a long time !! I regret coming here I hope I don’t get sick !
The service and staff are decent however the store should be shut down . It’s always dirty and the soda machine needs to be thrown out( just look under the dispenser). One has to wonder if the health inspector doesn’t do checks there.

12/26/24: Both Bridgeport KFC's need to be shut down. Especially the one on Main St. Horrible customer service, dirty floors and counters. Cancelled order after seeing all that, Wanted Drumstik, but they were closed. Never KFC anywhere again!!!!

Let’s just say it’s safe to say we need to close both the KFC’s in Bridgeport… I ordered online get there Main Street location today because last I went to Boston Ave HORRIBLE ANYWAYS I placed an order online for main st gets there my 16pc chicken the broke it down to half original half crispy which I didn’t ask for the chicken was suppose to come with 4 pieces of each chicken I get home they gave me a bucket of thighs some soggy ass fries that seemed to been cooked 10 hrs prior NO BISCUITS where I was suppose to get 8 I ordered a half gallon juice they gave us 4 sodas instead. Homeboy had the food so tied up he kept reassuring that everything thing was in the back knowing damn well it wasn’t. Just plain ol horrible and the fact that we had to come home and recook the chicken that alone is a reason ILL NEVER COME BACK. Oh and I ordered a chicken wrap them suckers sent Me a chicken little
