It’s frustrating to order food and not get what you asked for. When I called to place my order I asked for 2 orders of General Tso Chicken and a side of fried rice. The person who takes the orders never confirms the order. I get my food and realize that I only got one. I called back to let them know the mistake that was made. Ok no we’ll send u the order but u have to pay another $4.00 delivery fee. I feel like this should be waived since the mistake was on the restaurant. But nope they argued with and told when they gave me the total I should’ve realized the mistake. Other options was to pick it up. Again already paid a delivery fee why not just send and charge for the food and do better next time. I will never order from here again. The worst service in all of Bridgeport. The end result was for them to send the driver back to get the food and credit me. Like the worst and this is why I stopped going.

The three times I ordered food the food was not cooking well and was cold and one time I call to ask if they need someone to work doing delivery and the women was rude and bad with me yelling me just because I ask that question that they have a paper saying they need someone

Pleople beyond the counter don't speck English , and really rude . Horrible food i order 1 think , i reiceve another . The don't want to delivered new order or replace the order . Waste off money .
Does .08 cents matter? They rounded up .08 cents & to workers were hovering over my food like they dropped something looking back at me giggling, it was awkward. They weren't of Asia decent I believe they were hired in not sure but it was weird
