Delicious food! We devoured the pernil plate and roasted chicken plate. The meat and frijoles were well seasoned, muy sabrosos. Also ordered chicken empanadas- they did not disappoint. Lastly, we ordered some pork and cheese papusas…. Amazing. We called ahead and ordered and had no problem finding parking to pick up our order. Come and try Leo’s—- you won’t regret it!!!

Working nearby, I spotted this restaurant during my lunchtime walk. I returned later to try it and was delighted to find pupusas on the menu. I've also tried chicken and rice and beans. There are tables inside, but I ate at the nearby ferry terminal.
