We have visited other locations of Little Caesars Pizza in the past and like to think that we know what to expect. We visited this location over the weekend and very quickly regretted our decision. We decided to get pizza after a snow storm and we knew that they would probably be a little busier than usual. We ordered through the Little Caesars App and made our way to their Bridgeport location. The parking lot is small and since the store is on a corner, very difficult to get into and find a parking space. They appeared busy inside so we waited for our order to be ready according to the app. When we didn't receive an update after our order was supposed to be ready we headed into the store. The waiting area for customers is very small to begin with, but was also filled with cases of soda bottles taking up a lot of space making customers crowd into the little space that was left. We waited for our order for about 15 minutes more and then had to navigate out of the parking lot which which was filled with cars parking all different ways. The food quality was just ok. We ordered a meat lovers pizza which had a very doughy, undercooked crust. We ordered the crazy puffs, both pepperoni and plain, which were over done and had very little taste. We also ordered a pepperoni pizza and one of their deep dish pizzas which appeared to be cooked properly. It is understandable that this location was busy but I believe this is a poor excuse for low quality food that is still quite expensive. I may decide to visit a Little Caesars Pizza again but it would NOT be at this, less than welcoming, location.

Literally waited more than two hours just to get pizza in a crowded small place. Mind you this order was already placed ahead of time and they only put the pizza in the oven amore than an hour after I already placed the order. Horrible service please avoid this place if possible it is the worst service I have ever had. Hot and ready? More like cold and slow

Little Caesars at North and Capitol is always very busy right after school, since it’s a quick and affordable option for kids heading home. Service can be hit or miss depending on how crowded it is, but the staff is friendly for the most part. Good spot if you’re looking for something fast and inexpensive.

Whatever time they say they close just know dont care i stop in 40 min before close the guy in the back just looks at you won't talk won't take order.... you try to place online order half the time that doesn't work.. try to call to talk to someone at store they dont answer... I've come a few times but overall the last few times have been bad experiences but this one takes the cake.

Don't expect you simplest pizza in less than an hour. They've devolved from hot and ready to get to know 10 other people in the store who are waiting for 1 person to cook 100 pizzas.

Waited for 6min for someone to acknowledge me..mind you no other customer was there but me ... then a uber lady came once i saw the cook in the back i asked her if I can order she related the message to the Pink hair Spanish lady idk if she is a Manager Supervisor she clearly stated we had to wait and proceeded to her conversation on her cell ... If you are short staffed just acknowledge the customers dont ignore and have them waiting and again the store was not packed at all .. I ended up walking out just plain unprofessional.
