The people who are working aren’t bad and really good prices, but thee waiting time is unbearable I see people waiting 1-3 hours for foood, I’ve seen someone waiting for 1 box of crazy puffers and he waited for 2 hours, either they open more places or remove the online orders.
I was here for about 30 minutes and no one attended me or took my order. I asked someone who was there and they told me it was busy, very bad place, look for another one where they treat you better.

If I was able to put no star I would, I ordered my pizza at 7:45pm and I waited until 9:30 for it, there were people after me that got their food within 20 mins or less, the store is ridiculously terrible, the front counter guy was new, no hate to him, they didn’t show him anything, never coming back again for real, YOU NEED TO CLOSE THIS LOCATION, SHOULDVE KEPT THE STRATFORD ONE. DONT EAT HERE WORD IS BOND
This is the most ghetto ….. most poorly run establishment I will never eat or order here again … it’s like a bus station for pizza spots no one talks to you when you come in you have no idea who’s in charge and by the time someone does walk to the front your pizza is cold …. There is literally no one at the front counter to make sure orders are going out and it’s sad cause there’s about 6 ppl in the back every one is laughing and playing around and shouting the n word and listening to music it’s not a place you want to go

The girl inside told me she would not take my order and the only thing they’re doing is online orders. This is the third encounter I’ve had with this female employee and she is costing your store money Horrible, horrible customer service. I will not be returning.

Go to pickup a door dash and they say it should be 3 min go get gas come back and another employee states its not even close to being ready older lady very rude attitude was telling customers we arent taking any orders to all there customers what a joke of a franchise hire some people or just shut it down i mean the food is frozen you just gotta put it in the oven no need to be turning people down
