Hands down, the best donuts we have ever had. Strong statement, Neil’s Donuts have always been the bar to set. These donuts are legit the best I have ever had. The homemade fresh cream, the soft donut is loaded with filling, flavor and presentation. They aren’t overly sweet but just full of flavor. They don’t skimp on the fillings, absolutely fresh. The banana pudding, pistachio praline and Boston crème supreme were our favorites. This was our first time there and we can’t wait to go back! You will not regret it!!

Disappointed with my overall experience as a first-time customer. I submitted a preorder before the store opened. I arrived a few minutes after my designated pickup time only to find that my preorder had not even been made yet. The worst part was no one was in the front or came out to greet me for about 10-15 minutes because she was in the back preparing two walk in orders that were placed after mine. Once she finally came out, it took another 10 minutes to receive my order. Although customers are encouraged to preorder to reduce wait time, it seems like walk ins get served sooner (at least in my case). The owner thanked me for my patience but didn’t take accountability for her mistake or apologize for the inconvenience. When I asked for the earliest pickup time, I should have been given a time that was feasible (especially if walk in orders are prioritized over preorders). Not sure if I’ll return, but the donuts were pretty good. Our favs were the cookies and cream and vanilla birthday cake flavors. I would suggest adding more whipped cream and vanilla to the banana pudding mixture. Wish I could have left a better review, maybe next time..

Recommend placing order via text to limit wait time. These are hands down the best donuts I have ever had! Ordered 4: banana pudding, strawberry, pistachio praline and dulce de leche. So light and fluffy. Not overly sweet. 10/10. 4 donuts for 13$
Update: have been here three more times since my initial visit. Have tried almost all the flavors of donuts. This place is addicting and have not been disappointed once!

Their donuts will be THE best donuts you can have. My husband and I have tried most of their flavours and love them ALL (mango, Nutella, biscoff, and vanilla are probably our most favourites)! The ladies who run the shop are extremely hospitable and kind, especially Chinny. Would 100% recommend this business to whoever’s looking for filling, unique and scrumptious donuts.
