I recently visited and had an amazing experience. The customer service was outstanding; the staff was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was spotless and had a very welcoming atmosphere. All the employees were super nice, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The prices were very reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise. Absolutely loved and will definitely be coming back!

When you place an order over the phone, they record you so I can later. Use it against you in court they Say they will deliver in 15 minutes but Show up 40 minutes later With an angry face Thank God, the order wasn’t for me. I will never order from them for me

It was my first time visiting. I will definitely not be going back due to the cashier’s attitude. She was very rude and condescending. I told her she gave me the incorrect order and she said I was wrong, and she became argumentative. I was eating in the restaurant… I brought the issue to her attention as soon as the food came out. There was no effort made to fix the mistake . Not a good look.

Ok... Let's do it. First of all, eating out is so expensive. Luckily, Main Street Pizza has a 10.00 pick up 14inch pizza. I ordered one and added pepperoni and sausage. It came up to $18.00. I picked up the pizza, and it was good. I will definitely go back. Go check it out it the old Captains Pizza.
Service is excellent. I ordered a well done pizza and wings. Food was delicious. I think this pizza is the best in this area. Prices are fair.

I only got a large extra cheese and garlic knots but the pizza is not bad. I do like that it's well done and not all greasy and doughy like the place that used to be there. Sidebar, all Captain's Pizza locations were trash AF. The garlic knots are nice and soft what kind of bland other than the garlic on it. The staff is really nice and the environment is really clean and welcoming. The prices are not bad despite the other reviews. I've gotten food from other places that are more expensive and they suck so no complaints on the prices yet. I would probably be open to trying different things off the menu in the future. Y'all got to do something about the Bland garlic knots though because I like garlic knots, maybe serve them with some marinara sauce too.

New place, the chicken wings were good but was not to crazy about the pizza, It could have been the specialty pizza that I ordered will try again and order a cheese pizza and see if that makes a difference. The service was good and they were very friendly.
