I went to the drive through a few weeks ago and the service was very slow. My code on my McDonalds app “didn’t work” and I tried twice. I have gone to multiple different McDonalds and my codes have always worked. When I ordered my food and went to the window there was a man who was sneezing and coughing and then went and touched my drink and food to give me it. When i asked him at the window can you scan my QR code instead so i could use the coupon? He wanted to see my phone and actually have it in his hand and i refused because it was close enough he could scan it and I didn’t trust him. I didn’t take my food after he did those things. I just drove off. He looked Mexican - race wise. I don’t remember his name. Such a waste of my time. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK OR HAVE TO DEAL WITH LAZY WORKERS!!!

The staff here is a joke when it comes to customer service and or any kind of customer satisfaction. Placed a mobile order while inside, not only did they not fulfill my order by not putting any sugar in my drink but when I asked for more sugar she was confused on if I was asking for sugar or caramel mind you never asked for extra caramel just sugar, when she returned it there was little to none also asked for assistance from older black lady with miniature golf Afro anyways she asks like they paying for the sugar when simply had i got my 7 in the first place there wouldn’t be an issue, they need to do better with there customer service the new place is nice inside that is it that is all

You guys should do a better job making sure that your customers get everything they ordered and pay for. I went home and notice I did not receive my tenders that I pay for and my daughter happy meal the juice was missing.

I went there for the minecraft toys..we haven't eaten there in 12 years...waste of time. They dont even sell the toy alone and the virtual one only comes with certain meals. So dumb! NOT TO MENTION THEY LOOK LIKE JAILS NOW.
