No one in line at the drive-thru early morning ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches they told me to pull to the side waited over 10 minutes with a baby in the car had pull around to the drive-thru again finally got my food pulled off only to have all 4 sandwiches wrong.

8:30am order w wrong calling no one is picking up the phone and when someone did after third try, doesn’t speak English no sense at all overall poor quality in the morning March 30, 2024 told to sit in a spot girl hand me a bag and it’s a wrong order. I ordered a breakfast sandwich when I looked in the bag when I got home, there’s oatmeal in there no fruit no spoon was an adequate

I have not been inside in about a year but today it was awful. They don’t take your order anymore. You have to a machine there’s a button to press it if you need help press, it was standing there for like five minutes had to go get someone because out of all the people that were there nobody was coming up to help then I order my coffee charges me for extra caramel and caramel drizzle on top also charges me and they give me something so disgusting that I didn’t even drink it. They also had the audacity to charge me for the extra drizzle, and did not even put it on my coffee Attached a picture. Honestly the worst service Even every time I go, I have to check my daughter’s burger from the drive-through. I always open it you could ask for a plain burger, and they still put stuff on it.

Fast hot friendly and accepted samsung pay. UPDATE: Building and lot was torn down and rebuilt. It was always clean, though now it is better designed and has new self ordering kiosks as well as traditional face to face. Though the parking lot is still small, it's far better than before and less cramped. Added designated curbside pickup spots which is nice and they have the option of using McDonalds app. UPDATE: Still doing great, food is fresh and ordering with the app is convenient. Staff is friendly :) 2nd UPDATE : Still great service and almost always fresh. 1 out of 20 I'll get a burger that's not super fresh, but everything else is fresh that I order.
