The food is reasonable, but the service is terrible. The food takes a long time to be served and comes cold and they don’t do as we ask, as sometimes, for example, I order extra crispy. When I try to place an order by phone they never answer and when they answer they hang up the phone, sometimes I think they do it because they don’t understand English or Portuguese.

Food was okay the desert was very tasty BUT if you were eating inside DO NOT USE THE A1 AT THE TABLE, it is old you do not know how old because they tore the label off of the bottle so that's a PROBLEM but the service was fine wish I knew about the A1 ahead of time though

Me and my family have been to this restaurant before. Love the food and service, however today was different, we came in for brunch, our order was simple and nothing complicated. We were a party of 4. We had guests come in and be served before us and even leave. Not only did we wait a long time, we had the most rudest waitress who gave us attitude and never checked on us. We actually had a different waitress serve our food and apologize for the wait. At the end we were charged a $15 automatic tip for a “large party.” Given the wait time, terrible service, and lack of consideration, we did not appreciate this charge. I’m a waitress so i know what it’s like, but this is unacceptable. Do better, wont be coming back.

Pésimo lugar, siempre te atienden de mala gana todos, y si compras una orden pequeña te la dan hasta con malas caras, cero lo recomiendo.

In general the service and attention is good, I first went to my town #1 but the attention is very, very bad, here they treated us well and the food was good.

Is good, but not perfect,, bunuelos y pandebonis are regular compared with Colombia, chicharrones are expensive, could be a lot of better.
