Every day that passes the French breads are smaller and more expensive, it's not fair. I was a loyal customer but now I don't think I'll buy there again. Plus they charged me like $6 for a donut.

I was very upset on 4/18 I went to get some Brazilian goodies at Padaria Minas bakery I noticed that the product had that strong oil test. The strong smell of it. Not counting the receptionist was waiting in a bakery that only had one person when I walk in, but the receptionist kept talking to the guy about football, and I had to wait for their precious talk moment. What upsets me is that was my first time there and this experience.

Terrible attendance! Employees want to force you to buy the most expensive products. They look at you strange. They run away from customers.Also, there was a time when I bought a soda that was out of date and the employee charged me for the expired product! Snacks with chilled filling and warm drinks. Absurd.

Yesterday morning I bought orange juice and it had two cockroaches and to make matters worse when I go and tell them what happened they accuse me of doing it.Since I couldn't go at the time because I had to go to work, I went after I got off work, I did it so they would know what had happened and it wouldn't happen again with someone else. The lady didn't even apologize, but quickly accused me of doing it, thank God I don't have to. So if you owners read this comment, please keep your machines clean.
