I purchased 2 slices of cake one lemon , one chocolate moose , I was some excited to eat them only to cut and they were hard . The cakes taste like they have been sitting for weeks. It was not fresh tasting nor did it have a good taste. At one time this bakery was very good but seems that management has changed along with presentation of items. Will not return !

Never again I’ve been buying pastries for years now!! I’m done never again will I shop in Stratford ( across from Treeland) . We were disappointed with the Lemon moange pie last year again price whent to 16$ and was all morange, very little lemon!! This Easter we tried it one more time. Price was now 17$ and there was 3/4” of lemon and 4” of morange!!! You are a ripoff and your reputation is gone!! We and other families will go elsewhere for Thanksgiving !! My whole family and neighbors were disgusted when the pie was cut!! You lost a lot of customers just at my home alone!! Jack Starkey

I ordered a large bungalow cake for my son's graduation party, but when it was picked up, it was placed in a regular large box instead of a proper cake box. We were concerned about transporting it in that box since it could slide around, but the staff reassured us it would be fine and even helped load it into the truck. Unfortunately, the cake didn't transport well.
When I called to report the issue, the woman who answered immediately blamed the transportation and was rude, even though we were respectful. She claimed they don’t carry cake boxes for large cakes because customers don't want to pay for them. As a bakery, it seems reasonable to expect large orders from time to time. She insisted that we bring the cake back, but the party had already started.
Here are the pictures. Based on the lack of customer service from the manager, I give this establishment 0 stars. I would recommend going elsewhere.

That was the box they gave me (Pics). The look i gave the owner was of concern. I questioned it but was reassured it would be fine. I called back but was met with hostility. Then she lied to me and said I never paid for a cake box. I was never offered a cake box! For $100 cake I would think it comes with it.
Parking: Restaurant right next door gets super busy.
Best FRESH bakery goods. Cranberry muffins are special, delicious hot or cold. It's nice to have a bakery to go to. The prices are great and the personnel are helpful. Hmmm, 😋
