I really wanted to love this place and even drove about 45 minutes after seeing how cute everything looked. Unfortunately, my experience was really disappointing.
We waited around 45 minutes for a single crepe and a muffin, only to find out afterward that the staff had completely forgotten our order. When we finally got the crepe, it was undercooked and not edible. The coffee was also just okay. Definitely not worth the price point.
I reached out privately hoping to give them a chance to address it. The person handling social media was kind and apologized, but I was told management would reach out directly. That never happened.
Overall, between the long wait, the undercooked food, the mid coffee, and the lack of follow-through from management, it just wasn’t the experience I had hoped for. Especially considering the cost. I ended up removing the initial photo I posted on IG stories because it didn’t reflect how the visit actually went.
Really unfortunate because I was rooting for this place.

This coffee shop has so much going for it. I love that they have extended hours because not much is open downtown at night. It's close to the train. The drinks are interesting, and their sandwiches are typically well priced
That being Said, I don't understand if they simply aren't training their staff, because the customer service is terrible. No one knows the menu. Today I was overcharged for a breakfast sandwich, because I was told it didn't come with egg. I was then upcharged $4.12 for a single egg. The woman behind the counter didn't know how to issue a refund and had to do it in cash because no one today understood the point of sale system.The coffee -which is usually decent, was awful.
I've been here multiple times and this feels like the standard. Please reevaluate how you train your staff members.
