I went In the early afternoon and the quesitos were very dry and had almost nothing in them. I was extremely excited to get them here because I had went before and they were amazing. I have been craving them since the first time I went last year and it was pure disappointment today. They also charge .50 cents more then the one in New Haven. New Haven’s location is sooo much better and cheaper.
Will never go there again. Went there early for breakfast with my sons thinking I was going to have a good experience but no. Rude lady behind the counter. Aggravated to take our order. The price for three ham, egg & cheese sandwiches and three drinks was ridiculous. Never again. That is what I get for trying to support a local business.
Very terrible customer service no help with a simple question practically told me they don’t care what I need truly just sad.
Been going here for years every time I’ve been going. lately I’ve notice the amount that you’re charged is different every time and every time I ask to see the receipt the computer is not working how is it I buy the same thing all year and every time I go the amount is different i order 3 sandwiches came out to 40. With taxes she said . I said can I get a small coffee as well and she says 49.89 lol 🤣 😂. How much is the coffee 9.89 where that coffee from Dubai 😂😂 and I ask can I get the receipt to see what I’m getting charged for and what’s each item cost she’s says the computer doesn’t work that’s the 4th time this happens with same person in a row this was the last draw. And looks at me with a attitude when I ask for receipts

I bought pastry sweets to give to a friend, the variety they have is good and my grandson tried a tres leches cake and it was very good, but the prices are through the roof 🙄
Parking: You have to park on the street around there is a lot of traffic and limited spaces because there are many businesses in the same area of 🤷🏽♀️

They have the best fresh pastrami, and cheese sandwich out here in Connecticut. I EAT here at least 3 times a week just for this sandwich

This a must go to when I visit my city. Their sandwiches are favored and are made on Puerto rican Bread which is the cherry on top. I love my people my city and this bakery. You have to order the mi Cielo sandwich w/ everything. Keeps me coming back

Prices are sketchy and they try to take extra from you when you pay with a card be aware of it they will call it "tax"
It's cheaper to go to the supermarket and grab what you want from the bakery than to buy here it's not worth it

Even though I love the pastry, I wouldn’t buy anything else. First of all they hide the prices for the sandwiches. I paid $11.00 for a turkey sandwich and it only had about two slices of turkey. The price for a small coffee is exaggerated. I have to say that the girls who work there are very nice.

Best bread around. Pan sobao and pan de agua. They also make great breakfast sandwiches. They have a lot of puertorican deserts to enjoy. Worth the trip.
