Always above average Pizza.
That's what I said before. I have been wanting thier pizza for months and they have both dissappointed and displeased.
First the pizza doesn't taste the same... too oily and burnt bland cardboard masquerading as crust.
Second, How is it that you have two pizzas at the same price and when someone asks to do half and half you charge them double? That makes no sense.

I order from them a lot. They're always nice. I've never had a bad order. I typically get pizzas and salads. The baked stuffed shells are really good. I have not been disappointed once.

I live 3 minutes away (in car) and I had to wait a hour and 20 minutes for a pizza and the the delivery man didnāt want to bring the pizza to my home he wanted me to walk 8 minutes to go get my pizza. WHAT A SERVICE!

The pizza is super oily and soggy. Sometimes the food is okay,Itās the customer service. This has been happening recently where my husband and I have ordered food from there (which we donāt normally order out a lot); but we have ordered from there a few times, possibly 4 times? And the last two times we were bothered for a tip. We have always tipped VERY well. We were raised to tip always whether itās good customer service or bad customer service because itās just the right thing to do. They come and they deliver , the least you can do is tip right! But again the last two times , one of the drivers came out of the car and asked for me to sign the receipt and specifically said ādo not forgot to give me a tipā. As the car was across the street and I was standing at our gate. I thought it was odd he came first with the tip. He watched and made sure I signed and gave the tip before going back across the street to give me the food and leave. Now that was the first time. The second time I was with my younger brother in law in the rain and a new/different driver handed us the food but when giving the receipt gave a snark attitude to tip him. My brother in law felt the energy and attitude and told me afterwards that it made him uncomfortable.Again we are respectful with all drivers/deliveries/ places, all types of services and we always tip!! But I think I will no longer be ordering from here because of how uncomfortable I have been feeling by the drivers who are delivering the food. Itās just been awkward and I donāt want to be immediately harassed for the tip before even being able to say āhelloā or even receive the receipt.

I've never actually went inside. I've only ever called in for delivery. It's one of the few places to can call directly instead of using an app. The pizza is really good. I've also had a tuna wedge, but I learned you have to tell what you want bc I literally just got tuna on a wedge. No lettuce, tomatoes, nothing. Had to add my own stuff at home. But otherwise, we've never been disappointed. It's street parking which is why I've never been inside. Fairfield Ave is too busy and that block particularly is very active.

3.9 is an accurate score.
The pizza is terrible, I have to wait 1 hour and 25 minutes for the delivery.Everything has changed since those who cook are no longer Italian.
