I really wanted to give a better review but unfortunately several things were not right with my meal. I ordered the parrillada which was a dish with various meats. The chicken was overcooked and very dry, the steak was cooked at a well done temperature and the tostones were as hard as rocks. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and the service was good, I wish the food would have been less over done.

I have always enjoyed coming here, but my last visit was really disappointing. First off, we were charged a $40 service fee for just three people. I’ve been here multiple times and never had that happen, but fine, if that’s the new policy, I can understand. The issue is that if you’re going to charge that kind of fee, the service should actually match it.
We waited 40 minutes for our food, had to flag down our waiter for another round of drinks, and then his shift ended. The new server taking over was literally making out with a customer (I’m assuming his girlfriend) right in front of us across the table & then came over to check on our table. Honestly, that’s not professional, and it felt really off-putting.
To top it off, when the bill came, I was charged for three items when I only ordered two. I had to ask them to fix it, which is frustrating, especially when there’s already a mandatory service fee.
At the end of the day, if you’re going to add a big service charge, the service needs to be attentive and professional , not sloppy and inappropriate. Between the long wait, the unprofessional behavior, and the billing error, I can’t see myself coming back.

Tried it for the first time. Service was great. But we did wait about 15 mints for the waitress. I ordered a mini paisa and my husband a churrasco. My food was a little flavorless but his churrasco was delicious. We both ordered a mojito for a drink. It definitely was missing something. It tasted as if it had no alcohol. I paid $2.50 to add a shot of Don Julio. The decor of the restaurant was beautiful and the food has great presentation. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly.

Restaurantji Recommends
Wanted to try a new restaurant so we went to this restaurant. The ambiance , the service were very good and the bathrooms were clean. We tried some pastries, but they were stale, not a good start. We also tried the beef empanadas and arepas. I’m not sure what flour they used for the empanadas, but they tasted different. The aji was also different and the arepas were fried. This must be a trend. For our main dish we ordered the Colombian staple dish bandeja paisa, and muchacho relleno. The food was ok at the best. We normally would have ended with didn’t coffee and desert, but not this time.

Incredible restaurant. Not only is the vibe just spectacular but also the service is impeccable and the food is to die for. You cannot go wrong with their manu at all. I also really want to recommend their food truck where they have Colombian street food. Very filling and super tasty.

Many waiters and very bad service, more than 2 hours waiting for the food and it arrived at the table as we had not ordered it, the fruit juices were very bad, it is an opinion of the 8 people we had at the table, I do not recommend it
